Callie POV
the ride to the emergency room didn't take long. during the ride they cleaned up the cut on my head, but mostly I watched them working on Brandon. he still wasn't moving or talking, after they had stabalized him I sat by him holding his hand, reasurring him unaware if he could even hear me. we arrived at the emergency room, they quickly rushed Brandon back to a room and made me wait. after awhile of sitting alone and assuming the worst, Stef, Lena and the rest of the family rushed in. they saw me right away and came over.
Lena- oh my God, Callie what happened
Callie- um, Brandon was driving and we had an.. an accident
Stef- where's Brandon?
Callie- he's back there, they didn't tell me anything
Lena- are you okay?
Callie- yeah, I didn't get hurt
Stef- but Callie.. your covered in blood
I looked down and saw my hands were covered in blood and there was blood splashed all over the front of me.
Callie- its.. its Brandon's blood
I started to cry, and saw the horror flow through there faces realizing how seroius the situation was.
while we were waiting for news about Brandon the police wanted to question me about the accident.
Officer- why don't you just start from the beginning and tell us what happened
Callie- um.. we were just driving and talking and then a car pulled out in front of us, so Brandon.. um swearved off the road to avoid it.. and we .. hit the tree and um.. after we hit I blacked out
Officer- okay, and after you regained conciousness
I explained the rest.
Officer- so the car that came out in front of you, wasn't there when you got out of the car?
Callie- no,there were no cars on the road
Just then a doctor came out and we all knew he had the answers we wanted about Brandon. we all gathered anxiously to hear the news, holding our breaths.
Doctor- he's stable for now, but..
Stef- just tell us straight out whats happened to him
Doctor- he has a broken leg and some minor cuts and scrapes, he lost alot of blood from the cut on his neck we stitched it up, and he is currently in a coma and unresponsive.
