Brandon POV

So this was Callie's father, all I knew about him was what she had told me about his part in her mothers death. Callie was suprised to see him here so were moms who would barley let him in the door.

Travis- can I please come in just for a minute

mom reluctantly let him in the front door

Callie- why are you here?

Travis- I needed to talk to you, after we saw each other before.. what you said to me you were right and I want you and Jude back in my life again

Callie- maybe thats not what I want

Travis- its gonna take time but..

Stef- I think you should leave

Travis- please I just..

Lena- you have no legal rights to Callie or Jude, you need to stay away

Travis- I never gave my kids away

Stef- your kids were taken from you because you were not in a position to care for them

Travis- I know, but now things are different, I'm better now

Callie POV

it was a few weeks later when we got a call from Bill, my dad had never formally signed away his legal rights and for the time being he was allowed visitation with me and Jude. Bill talked with me and Jude and said if we didn't want to see him we had the choice not to. we both agreed to think about it even though I already knew what my decision would be. I entered Jude's room the night before to see how he was feeling about it.

Callie- hey

Jude- hi

Callie- have you thought anymore about visiting with dad?

he nodded

Jude- I want to see him

Callie- are you sure, you were just little when he left and..

Jude- I'm sure

he saw how worried I became from his decision

Jude- I'll be fine

Callie- I know.. I just.. I don't want you to get hurt

it was the morning of the visit, he was allowed three hours alone with us. I headed downstairs to answer the door.

Travis- Callie, I thought Bill said you didn't want to see me?

Callie- I don't, but Jude wants to and I'm not letting him go alone with you so.. I'm going with you

Travis- well I'm glad your coming anyways

Callie- I just want to remind you Jude was only six when you left and he.. he had a lot questions about you over the years and I filled in the blanks with a better picture than I knew of you, but um.. I'm not gonna do that anymore dad.. I'm not covering for you or making excuses for you anymore, whatever he sees is what he'll know you as so.. don't disappoint him!
