Callie POV
I slowly awoke, my head felt dizzy. I started to regain my vision as the blurriness faded. I didn't realize where I was until I touched my head a saw I was bleeding. that's when I remembered where I was and what had happened. I was still in the car, the front window was shattered. I was still buckled in the seat so I unfastened the seat belt and turned. that's when I saw Brandon in the drivers seat, he was still belted in. his head was lying back and he wasn't moving.
Callie- Brandon! Brandon!
as I looked closer at him I saw his leg was twisted in a strange position. he had a large gash near the bottom of his neck, that was gushing blood. I pulled my sweatshirt off and tried to stop the bleeding. I looked around the car for one of our phones but in the crash they must have flew somewhere and I didn't see them.
Callie- Brandon, I'm.. I'm gonna go get help okay.. I'll be right back okay
I got out of the car and looked around, nobody was there. there wasn't a single car on the road above where we had crashed. I started to panic, no one was here, Brandon needed help now. out of pure desperation I just screamed out hoping someone would hear me.
Callie- SOMEBODY HELP ME!
I got back in the car and desperately searched for a phone, finally I found mine, it was cracked on the screen but I was able to dial 911. the operator picked up and I answered the basic questions, what happened, where was I. then the operator said the ambulance was coming and I hung up.
I continued to try and stop him from bleeding, but it wasn't working. the blood kept gushing, it was soaking up my sweatshirt and getting all over me.
Callie- it's okay, help is coming okay, your gonna be fine
I looked at his face, it was so peaceful. I just wished he would talk, move, do something to give me some hope. I stroked his forehead and kept talking to him.
Callie- you better not die Brandon, okay you better not leave me here like this, can you hear me! after all we have been through you better not let it end like this!
