"You were the last to see her Garcia"

He looked at the blonde. He had flew all the way back, taking Emily and Rossi with him, to assist on the case to find Karyn.

"I-i know, I'm so sorry, maybe if I asked her to stay, she'd be here, I am so sorry"

He shook his head, knowing it wasn't her fault, but he didn't say anything because he knew that if he were to try and comfort her, he'd hurt her feelings.

"What was she wearing?"

"Salmon button up, black skirt, black flats, and she wore a white bow in her hair"

Penelope remembered everything that Karyn was wearing because they spent their lunch time talking about outfits. Spencer bit his lip and wrote it down on his notepad.

"And where was she heading?"

Rossi patted Karyn on his shoulder in an attempt to comfort him.

"Home, I assume. She said that she should probably leave because I had to get back to work and she also said for me to tell Reid that he needed to call her, and she....left. God, if I had never asked her to lunch, she probably wouldn't have been taken"

"Actually, there's a possibility that she could have been abducted from home and we wouldn't even have leads, it's better that you had lunch with her"

Penelope looked at Spencer and smiled sadly.

"I'm still really sorry"

He nodded and bit his lip harder, trying to distract himself from Karyn not being there.

"We've only got three days to find her"

He said and looked at Rossi and Emily, both nodding.

"So, we retrace her steps, do you know her schedule?"

Emily looked at Spencer. He nodded.

"She had work today, and usually, every Monday, she goes shopping, I called her and she said she was going to have lunch with Garcia because she just had this feeling Garcia would call and ask for lunch. After she leaves the BAU, she gets a cab back home, but she always forgets to bring enough money with her so she has to walk half way, stopping at some stores on the way"

"You know her whole schedule?"

"Yes"

He didn't see anything wrong with that.

"Okay, so, we leave the BAU right? Do we walk halfway today?"

"Most likely"

"Right, so we go to find the crime scene"

It was a short ride, but to Spencer, it felt like ages. He could feel the minutes tick by like seconds, the day seemingly going by faster than normal. He quickly climbed out of the car when they were halfway to his and Karyn's apartment.

"This is her favorite store, she had to of come here"

He walked into the black and purple themed store, walking up to the cashier, pulling out a picture of Karyn that he kept in his wallet.

"FBI, have you seen her?"

The cashier took one look and quickly grew interested.

"She's a regular, she was in here around 1, 1:30. She didn't buy anything, never does. Is she in some kind of trouble?"

"Did you see anyone with her?"

"Now that you mention it, there was this one dude, a real creep. She must have noticed he was following her because she started chatting with one of the staff, acting like they were good friends. That caused the guy to storm out"

"What did he look like?"

"Uh, tall, blonde hair, grey eyes, he wore an orange and white hoodie and some black jeans"

"Did he buy anything, give a name?"

"No, sorry"

He sighed and nodded, looking at Emily and Rossi who were listening to the cashier.

"You think he could be the unsub?"

"We need to start getting a profile on him, predict his next move, and find her before 3 days"

"What did she do after the man left?"

"She waited for about, 20 minutes before she left"

"Thank you"

"Her next stop?"

"She didn't stop at her normal stores, she kept walking, hurrying to get home. She probably crossed the street too, to throw the guy off. Um, do you happen to have security cameras?"

"Yeah, you need to see them?"

"Yes"

They sent the tapes to Penelope so she could go through them and find the possible unsub.

"She crosses the street here, and hurries home, but she only gets to right...here when she gets distracted by the graffiti in the alley, so she walks down here and is observing the art when the unsub attacks her, there"

Spencer pointed at some keys lying near a dumpster, looking back at Emily and Rossi.

"Those are her keys"

Emily and Rossi look at each other.

"So she's attacked by the unsub, right? But she wouldn't go in silence, or without a fight, so was she drugged?"

"If I were abducting Karyn, I'd use chloroform"

Spencer looked at Rossi who just shrugged.

"What, with her being petite, it wouldn't take but 5 mintues to knock her out, and she's light so it'd be easy to carry her"

"But then the unsub would need something to keep her under, chloroform doesn't keep them under that long"

"But if I were kidnapping someone, I'd want them awake at all times, and I'd want them lucid, and if he used anything other than chloroform, she'd be too confused to focus"

"But using chloroform, that means he had to carry her somewhere close so that he could get her out of the area"

Spencer looked at Emily and then looked back to the keys on the ground. He walks to them before looking down the alley. He looked back at Rossi and Emily.

"I carry her down here,"

"And when we get to the end,"

They walked down the alley, finding a little area where a car could be parked.

"I put her in the car and drive off"

Rossi looked around, spotting a security camera on a nearby building that was pointed at the area, if it were active, they'd get the plate of the car that drove off with Karyn, or, the unsub who drove off with Karyn.

"But I don't know the area that well and so I don't notice the security camera on that building"

Spencer and Emily looked at the camera as well, and as they made their way to the building, Spencer almost felt relieved. He'd have Karyn back in no time.

"Snape looked horrified. 'You have kept him alive so that he can die at the right moment?'
'Don't look shocked, Severus. How many men and women have you watched die?'
'Lately, only those whom I could not save', said Snape"
