Pammy.

"Thank you Pammy for doing this. I know short noticed ang meeting natin ngayon but still you're here. Thank you talaga." said Francesca, my current client for the new project I was doing.

I've been engaged in this multi-million project three weeks ago. I was actually referred by Lee to Francesca Albueva dahil bumili ang soon to be Mr. and Mrs. Juan Carlos Lucero ng lupa at bahay sa bagong venture ng pamilya ni Lee Davis sa Tagaytay at dahil na din barkada niya si Ces nung highschool and they really go  way back.

"Ano ka ba Ces? It's my pleasure! Wala naman akong ibang projects apart from this. Priority kita talaga."

"Nagui-guilty nga ako, feeling ko pinapahirapan kita. Nagagalit nga si Lee kasi ibinigay ko lahat sa'yo ang trabaho. Are you really sure it's okay for you to design Le Sirena's? Lahat ng 7 branches ko? Pati kasi bahay ko, pinatrabaho ko na sa'yo."

I can feel Ces' sincerity pero okay lang naman talaga dahil minor adjustments nalang naman ang kulang. Kung tutuusin, patapos na ang lahat. Minor adjustments nalang ang gagawin ko sa restaurants niya depending on the location of each Le Sirena.

I kidded and we both laughed.

"Ano walang bilib?! You are the most referred ID by THE Leo Angelo Benjamin Davis! Alam kong minsan talaga ikaw na ang tumatanggi sa trabaho. Kaya thank you talaga at tapos na natin 'to."

"Thank you din for choosing me to be part of your lives. Sana nagustuhan niyo ni JC ang ginawa ko." I smiled at her for being this accommodating towards me. For being the first Pinay Victoria Secret Angel, Francesca Albueva is sure very humble.

"You know you should set up your own design firm, ang hirap kasi ng freelancer ka dahil mahirap ang trabaho. Kahit nga assistant wala ka." Ces suggested at hindi na ako nagulat na nasabi niya 'yon. I have been asked by a lot of folks na magkaroon ng sarili kong design station at madami na din offers to be employed.

Pero ang hirap kasi mag-settle dito sa Pinas because my brother has been asking me consistently to migrate sa US. Dad is there and so as Tita Emily. Si Tita Connie naman nasa Australia na with Lean and the husband, Paul Hill. I am just so happy when Tita Connie announced that she's getting married. Everyone was so happy for her that she found the love of her life. Si Lean naman ay kakapasa lang sa Med School in Melbourne so settled na ang pamilya ko abroad.

Ako nalang talaga ang nasa Pilipinas and I'm not really sure at this point what on earth is holding me back.

"Ang hirap magsettle dito Ces. Kuya's been bugging me to migrate since mag-isa nalang ako dito. So ang hirap talaga..." I answered her with the most honest answer I can think of. " I really don't want to make permanent decisions based on temporary things in my life right now."

"Good point Pam but what's keeping you here? Wouldn't you have work in New York? I can refer you to my friend's firm. Are you familiar with the Samaniegos? They're pretty made up in the US, JC's friends with the eldest Samaniego, Tyrone." Francesca offered while taking her phone out. I think she was trying to contact folks in the Samaniego Firm at the moment kaya naman pinigilan ko agad siya.

"It's okay Ces, Kuya Inigo can pull this off dahil sa contacts ng MachVo sa ibang architecture and design firms there. Also, my college bestfriend is an architect so pwede niya akong ipasok sa firm niya should I decide to migrate na." tanggi ko. "Though I'm familiar with the Samaniegos. There in contract with... S-Sapphire Inc." I stuttered mentioning the company owned by the person who still and will forever owned my heart.
