Jerome X Reader

His finger gently traces your lips, tickling just a bit.

"J, what are you doing?" you giggle softly.

Without replying to your question, he continues to explore different parts of your face with stars in his eyes. Hands on eyelashes, hands in hair, hands on the apples of your cheeks.

"You know..." he says after a while. "I do all this flirting, stuff I learned from my mom over the years, but it's just talk. I never really learned how to love. I've never even loved anyone until I met you."

In that moment, you understand him. He is more than just bright smiles and malicious crimes. His psychotic energy bloomed from a soul worn down by years of pain. And love—something he barely understands—is the only thing stitching his last bit of sanity together.

Like a child, he waits for you to say something. And seeing him so undone in this way, all you can do is melt your lips into his.

At last word, you whisper a melody into his ear: "Let me teach you how to love."

Author's Note: Short but sweet—I put a lot of emotion into this one. But yikes it came out more suggestive than intended-
