4. Moving Forward

Michelle (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
I'm coming into the studio today and I'm really excited to see what miss Kate has in store for us all. But I'm even more thrown when I see a group of friends I never thought I'd see in the office, I'm so excited!

Emily (Rileys sister) POV -
Riley told Kate how I helped the studio before Regionals and Kate asked me to come back to The studio to help them and of course I said yes.

Daniel (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
I'm not sure what Kate wants me back for, but I'm going to help them in anyway that I can.

Now James, Riley, Kate, Emily and Daniel were all gathered around the desk in the office as if it was a council of war. "Alright, thank you all for being here, when I knew the studio was in trouble to get were the first people that came to mind to help" She began, "As most of you know, A troupe lost Regionals recently and as the best studio in the world, we have to get to the top of our game!" Kate said.

Kate (Studio Owner) POV -
These people are the ones that could help me get the studio back to wear it needs to be!

"I've decided that despite A troupe currently isn't competing, I'm going to be holding auditions for A troupe" Kate announced, this idea didn't work with some other people however. "Well, Miss Kate... Shouldn't we be focusing on the team we have now?" Michelle reasoned, trying to figure out what is best.

Kate (Studio Owner) POV -
I see What Michelle is getting at here. But we need auditions for this to work.

"So Riley, I'm coming back to the studio permanently now, as well as help me out you'll be working with B trouper " The studio owner announced, "Daniel, your going to be our head Choreographer if that's okay and Emily and Michelle, we need you to be Co - Captains" She said.

Emily (Rileys sister) POV -
Co - Captains? I mean My knee Technically is healed now but I haven't really danced since the Semifinals at Nationals last year. But i need to find out more about this.

"When you say Co - Captains, do you mean dancing on A troupe or something else?" Emily asked, in behalf of Michelle who was just as confused. "There is going to be 24 spots on A troupe, I need to leaders - so yes. For a time being you will be dancing but when the time comes, and you'll know when it does. You'll have to decide whether to dance or not" She explained.

Emily (Rileys sister) POV -
I'm open to this, whatever I can do to help!

30 Minutes Later

Later, A troupe came to the studio ready to begin with whatever they were going to be doing. "Okay dancers, Hello. I have some announcements to make today" Kate announced. The team suddenly got excited, would this be good news after a series of bad. "I'm returning full time back to the studio, James and Riley are going to be working with B troupe and helping me. Daniel is going to be our Head Choreographer, as a previous member of this team. He'll be able to help us"

Sloane (Hip Hop dancer) POV -
I'm really interested to know about what is going to happen at the studio, Kate seems it to have it under control.

"Which brings me on to Emily and Michelle..." Kate started. "I'm going to be holding auditions for A troupe, there is going to be 24 spots available with two captians... Michelle and Emily" Kate explained, Most of A troupe seemed to be excited. But some didn't, for example, Sloane felt worried. She couldn't keep up with the contemporary dancers last time around so how would she keep up now?

"Guys, I don't want you to worry about this. The auditions are going to be taking place on Thursday and Friday" She explained, there was some mixed feelings and confused dancers In studio A now. Why was there 24 spots on A troupe?

Riley (Studio Head) POV -
I don't know what is in store for the next step now. But I'm definitely being open minded about it!

The lounge

Latroy (Hip Hop dancer) POV -
With these A troupe auditions coming up, It's more important then ever for amy and I to make friends and get back track. So that is why I'm meeting her in the lounge.

She came in finally and she still didn't look happy. But a part of her was in love with Latroy and she didn't want to leave things like this, "Okay Amy. We need to make up and be friends" Latroy said, getting up, he put his hand on her shoulder. She jolted away from him. "Why? You lied to me! You told me you love me and dumped me before the finals!" She hissed, "How can I be friends with you?!?" Amy asked.

Amy (Latroys ex-girlfriend) POV -
He is being selfish right now. I can't talk to him right now, it need to go home and focus on the future and the A troupe auditions.

"Amy please, I never ment to"
"Just save it! I have to go, I'll see you tomorrow I guess" She said, walking about of the room. Could Latroy and Amy ever become friends again?

The office

"... I just hope that we can get through this" Riley said, she was in the office with everyone else while A troupe was warming up and practicing. "Riley, well get through this and I... What are you doing here?!" He asked, he saw the two twins from the Gemini team enter the studio office. But things were different now, Kate was front of house.

"So you must be the Gemini team? Congratulations on winning, but you won't last at Nationals." She said, "Oh really, and why is that?" One twin asked, "Because the next step will come back from this, stronger and even more determined to win, and if we don't meet again at Nationals, then we'll see you at Regionals next year!"

Kate (Studio Owner) POV -
They have no idea what's in store over the next few months...

Next time - A troupe auditions begin.
