Harry (Hiphop Dancer) POV -
Right now we're just rehearsing for the Move It Qualifier! I'm really excited about this dance, although I'm not a contemporary dancer and this routine is pure contemporary, I think I'm doing really well.
Emily (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
The routine is going well, I mean it's not performance level ready just yet but with enough practice I think that we can do it and score well at the qualifier.
"Alright, that's great. Well get back at that later" Kate smiled, rather pleased with the progress the routine was making. She walked back into her office as the other dancers left, but she was joined in the office by Richelle. She wanted to know what Kate thought about her idea of working to help A troupe. "Have you made a decision?" She asked, walking abruptly into the office without any warning.
Kate (Studio Owner) POV -
I know know what to say. Is this a good idea?
"I'll let you know later" Kate said, while she was typing on her laptop. Richelle had no other choice but to just wait and see what Kate had decided for her. Would is be the answer that was wanted?
The Lounge
Hunter (Break Dancer) POV -
I'm coming into the lounge because I know Emily has just finished her qualifier small group rehearsal and I was taking her offer of working on a duet up.
"Hey. Can we talk?"
Emily (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
Hunter comes in to the rehearsal room, I know what he is talking about. I said that I would work on a duet with him and I really want to, but yesterday West asked me to do at duet with him....and I also really want to do that too.
"Yes. I was coming to see if you want to start duet practice? I just checked with Miss Kate and Studio A is free until 1" Hunter explained, walking over to the sofa that Emily was sitting down on. She thought to herself for a moment, "Yeah. Sure I'll just head to the Java Junction and get some juices then I'll join you." Emily replied, hunter seemed pleased with that answer and left for studio A.
Emily (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
I'm going to duet with Hunter and West. So why do I feel so guilty?!?
The Office
Pheobe (Head Choreographer)POV -
I'm in the office right now as I'm just cleansing the space and making the energy more pure when the Dance Mangers of the competitions come in again, and this time they come in with a trophy, and as soon I see it; I know what it is.
Pheobe got up from her very strange yoga position on her desk as she saw them come in and plant a massive golden trophy 2 inches away from her face on the table. "We have the trophy for you, with the plaque changed" They said, Pheobe smiled and picked it up in admiration.
Pheobe (Head Choreographer) POV -
🏆Holding The Trophy in talking heads 🏆
Now that is more like it, '18th Absolute Dance National Champions: The Next Step!' That's what I'm talking about!
"The Geminis have been stripped of the national title and an investigation is pending on their Regionals win, we will be back soon with some answers" The Mangers said as they left the room. Kate came into the room shortly after, and followed by Richelle but from the opposite side of the office.
Richelle (Acro Dancer) POV -
I'm pretty sure that's the Nationals trophy, and if we have that then I'm sure we're going to internationals, and now I have to be involved with A troupe!
"Kate. Have you made a decision?" Richelle said, impatiently but still in a polite way. Now that there was a chance that Richelle knew about the fact A troupe would be going internationals, she had to keep her silence until Kate decided. Without much choice Kate gave her decision, "Yes Richelle we'd love to have you assist with A troupe!"
Kate (Studio Owner) POV -
Honestly, no I would have preferred to have not given Richelle this job. She needs to be away from the studio to not have any temptation. But if this is what needs to be done to keep A troupe strong and intact then so be it.
"But you have to understand, no one can know about this until I say so" Kate said, pointing at the Nationals trophy. "Why can you not just tell them?" Richelle asked, walking right into the office and over to the desk. Kare came closer too, "Because A troupe is focused on move it and we are working really well right now - once we qualify for move it, I'm going to be dividing our rehearsal up for both internationals and move it."

Hunter and Emily were walking past the office but stopped when they heard Richelle, Kate and Pheobe talking in the office.
Emily (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
I notice that Richelle is in the office talking to Kate about internationals. All I think is maybe Kate has finally given the permission for everyone to know about internationals?
Hunter (Break dancer) POV -
The Studio is going to be competing at internationals, That is huge but why hasn't Miss Kate told anyone about it?
"Come on let's get out of here" Emily whispered to Hunter as they went out of the main studio A doors.
Emily (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
I was going to Rehearse with Hunter then west, but now it looks as if my Hunter rehearsal is off, but I'm still booked with West, how am I going to get out of this situation... This is not like me!
Next time - Emily struggles with both duets, Piper and Richelle come to blows over authority.
