"He kissed you!?" Alison squeals through the already empty streets.

"Ssssht not so loud." I shush her.

"Maddy this is so great!" She ignores my remark. "Do you even understand how great this is!?" She grabs both of my shoulders and stares at me with wide grey eyes.

"But what Zayn said.." She doesn't let me finish my sentence.

"What does Zayn even know about Louis? They don't know each other."

"Yea I guess you're right."

"Come on I'll pay you one." Alison grabs my arm and drags me inside the first bar she sees.

The warm air in the space quickly shifts as I see Zayn, bloodshot eyes, staring at a guy, anger clear in his dark eyes, the skin around his fists turned white.

"Louis!" I yell, pulling myself out of Alison's grip. Alison's lips are parted, stunned of what's happening she stands by the door. Zayn and Louis approach each other, Louis is turned with his back towards me but I can see his balled fists next to his body.

Zayn is the first one to smash his fist against Louis' cheek who takes a few steps back to recover. "Zayn! Stop it!" They both don't even seem to notice me. Louis raised his hand and smacks his fist against Zayn's nose.

"Stop it!" I yell again and run towards the two. Zayn is covering his nose with both of his hands but the blood creeps from underneath them.

Enough. I run towards the two and go stand in between them, turning to Louis. I grab his balled fists and force them down, at first he protests but he gives in after a little while. His bloodshot eyes look at me without any expression of emotion. Zayn is standing behind me and grabs my arms, he abruptly pulls them away from Louis' hands, leaving rests of his blood on my lower arms. My eyes still didn't left Louis', he doesn't even look at me anymore. "Why?" I whisper. He doesn't listen to me as I keep staring into the bright blue of his eyes that's covered with red. Louis looks at the ground, still no hint of emotion readable on his face. His chest is moving up and down, his breath coming out in short puffs.

I'm not aware from what's going on around me. I hear the barkeeper yelling about calling the police and Alison assuring him it's okay and that we'll leave very soon. I can only focus on Louis' eyes that wear a deep shade of red and shame. Something I've never seen before and it fascinates me more than it should.

Zayn grabs both of my shoulders and roughly leads me outside, my eyes still not leaving Louis who didn't move since I grabbed his fists. We walk down the street that's only lighted by flickering street lamps and stars upon the sky, Alison following us on the heels, I can hear her mumbling to herself.

I surprise myself and my friends by pushing Zayn with his back against the side of a car in the dark street.

"Where was that for!?" I yell. "Why did you hit him!?"

"Woah woah calm down sis." Alison cohoes me but I ignore my friend. I flinch under Zayn's hard touch as he grabs my shoulders. "Because I care about you Maddy that's why!" He yells back. "I can take care of myself!" I yell back. I'm not mad cause he's concerned about me or tries to 'warn' me but about the fact there were no blood and bruises needed to clear this. Why would he fight for something that isn't his business. He didn't need to make a scene and start a fight, not at all.

"Well clearly you can't!"

"What's all of this?" Alison asks Zayn, still confused about what happened. She knows just as much about it as I do. Zayn ignores my friend and starts speaking again. "He's no good for you Maddy, I swear it I wouldn't say it if it wasn't true. You would be better with a guy like Liam." He says.
