"so if i don't get away from you he'll hurt me ?" i said

"yes , but he's not going to be alone" she said mumbling the end

"what do you mean he's not going to be alone ?" i said getting closer to her

"his dad" she said with her head down

"what about his dad ?" i asked raising my head

"he used to be a professional fighter and was in the army" she said

"well i'm not scared of him" i said

"bu..." she said

"no but's , i want to be with you and i'm not about to let this ian guy get in the way of our relationship. i just want to be happy , and i'm happy with you" i said hugging her

"you're right but what if he does do something to you" she asked

"i'll figure that out later but right now is no the time , i'm happy because i'm with you and you're finally getting out of this stupid hospital" i said smiling at her

"promise nothing bad will happen , joey" she said

"promises are meant to be broken" i said to her

"wha... wait .. omg joey i hate you" she said laughing after she figured out what i was doing

"stop mimicking me" she said pretending to be mad

"you know you are cute when you're mad , i should make you mad more often" i said laughing and pinching her cheek

"ouch stop that" she said trying to keep a mad face but ending up laughing at the end

"ahaha you're so adorable" i said smiling at her

"i know i'm adorable , you don't have to remind me" she said with a little sass

"alright , alright miss sassy pants , it's time to get some rest it's about to be 3:30 am. you don't want to be tired for tomorrow" i said winking at her

"wait what's happening tomorrow" she said as i cover her with a blanket

"idk you just have to wait and see" i said walking over to a chair and pretending to sleep

"joey ? joey i know you're not sleeping. come on joey just tell me. you know i hate surprises." she said sounding annoyed

i just pretended to sleep but i heard everything she was saying.

"omg joey you're such an ass" she said turning over to her side

"i love you too baby , goodnight" i told her just to annoy her

"ughh i love you too" she said in an annoyed voice

ahhh gosh i'm in love with this girl.
