27 FT Rants and Reactions

*SPOILERS* Major Spoilers for all anime arcs, and Zeref and Natsu's origins in Alveraz.

I finally made Moustachio watch the anime with me.
PS and I watched S1 near the end of 2014, but then we kinda just... didn't go back. But PS was the one I ranted to about whenever I read the new chapter, so she knew what was going on. But talking about it does not give the same impression as watching Natsu punch Zero in the face.
She stayed over my house for a week and we marathoned it, up until epi 123. She really liked it, which made me so Happy 💙🐱.  The first time I saw FT, it took me 13 days to watch epi 1-151 (including going to school most days). When we watched it, it was uni break but I had to work, (plus all the normal weekly stuff-housework, shopping, etc) so we watched 122 epis in 7 days.
She has since watched it without me, which is the ultimate betrayal! I shall never forgive her!

She made me see a lot of things that I didn't pick up on before (like some of the pink bears, green crown things, sandwich monsters and jellyfish. If you don't know what I'm talking about... rewatch FT and pay attention to the background. But you have definitely seen at least one even before you actively look for them.) or stupidly funny (like GrUvia meeting for the first time... giggles galore).
I have to say though, she guesses so many theories... that are truer than she thinks. It's quite funny and scary actually. I ask her who she thinks this person is, and she gets a lot closer than I expect her to.
So anyway, these are some of her reactions and rants about it. Enjoy.

Ultear is Ul's daughter. She is also the longest running antagonist, taking main roles in Deliora, ToH and Tenrou, because even Zeref has main roles just in GMG and Alveraz. He wasn't really that much of an antagonist in Tenrou.
Deliora-So she's bad? But I thought the Council was suppost to be good.
In ToH arc-She's a bitch.
Tenrou-Fucktard.
Then she tells Gray she is on her side-Maybe she's lying. Maybe she's a bitch. She's probably a bitch.
"Made up that on the spot"-Yep, she's a bitch.
Turns the tree's time back-So... she's good now?

When Loke 'tricked' Lucy into thinking he was dying, M🥜 was NOT amused.

I kinda spoiled Aquarius's sacrifice. Told M🥜 in Leo's arc that the Spirit King gets summoned and the only way to summon him is to sacrifice a golden key.
M🥜: I can see Aquarius just going: "Slap that skinny bitch!"

📚: Do you ship JErza now?
M🥜: Not yet. I don't see how they can be shipped.
📚: Because-Urg! Just ship them already!
M🥜: No!

When Mystogan revealed his face to Natsu, Laxus and Erza, she just started chanting: "prick, motherfucking prick, motherfucking prick. Fuck fuck fuck fucking prick. He's a prick, he should die! She [Erza] should be like this *waving her arms around* and then blerg, and then he's dead."
So I interviewed her:
How do you think there's three of them?
Triplets?
I don't think she's realised that, um, Siegrain and Jellal are the same person...
Oh, yeah, I remember that. They are the same person.
But then how is there 3?
Because he's the same dude. Split again.
But didn't he die?
Nooooo. He got himself magicked, like she did in that last episode. He didn't die, he just absorbed all the magic.
Okay.
Oh wait. It wasn't him, it was his clone.
Oh, was it?
The actual him was... away... *sees my 'Uh-huh, sure' expression*
But he was able to touch Erza.
But they both were able to.
Okay. Well, technically, Siegrain never touches Erza, that we see. There is a distict gap between his hand and her face in the Erza vs Natsu epi where she gets imprisoned...

On JeRza in OS Arc
Do you ship it yet?
No! I won't ship it! Go away!
You will ship it! They're basically canon.
No. I don't care if they're canon. I don't know them well enough to ship them yet.
You don't know Erza well enough?

But then he turned good, because he set the self-destruct circle on Nirvana. Plus he doesn't remember anything. Except her name.
Yeah, so then he might realise he might actually hate her.
But he was hating her when he was possessed. Doesn't that mean he won't hate her if he isn't possessed?
What about Mystogan? Maybe Erza and Mystogan...
Pfft.
They're the same person, but different universes.
Spoiled! *sniggers quietly*

Seeing Panther Lily in Edolas...
M🥜: Hang on! Is that Gajeel's cat? Why is he so big?!
My response: Because he's an Exceed. (Makes so much sense if you don't want to spoil it. She had already seen Gajeel's Partner on his wiki page. Cheater.) "Because she's Erza!" Way to go, Happy.

Why do you think Lucy can use magic in Edolas?
She isn't a DS.
That is true, but not the reason.
A spirit can pull her into the spirit world to escape the black hole thingy.
Still not a reason for how she can use magic, but that is a great guess for how she escaped it. I'm just gonna leave that one there...

When Gajeel and Lily hug for the first time, we both said "Awww."

Watching epi 96.
Zeref says "I am not your enemy."
M🥜: If he's not a enemy to wolves, he's not an enemy to me.
A second later, Zeref kills the wolves.
M🥜: ... *stares blankly at the screen*

📚: Why do you think he wants to meet Natsu?
First guess-Natsu's real family member.
Wha- How- Fuck!

Guessed that Master Hades was Purehito.

Of course it was.

When GH invaded and she saw Caprico, M🥜 asks about Lucy getting all of the keys. When I told her Lucy has 10 keys, Yukino has 3, she didn't get it.
M🥜: So each Zodiac gets a key?
📚: Yes. But-10. And 3.
M🥜: So there is a gate with 2 keys. And that lady who has Libra gets Capricorn.
📚:  .  .  .  *sigh*

Hikaru: "You eat meat, you crave sweets."
Both of us: So true.

📚: You get to meet Bluenote. Huzzah.
M🥜: Death Note?

📚: Who is that kid?
M🥜: Is it the fire dude's kid?
📚: Close enough. Yes, that's Romeo. What's different about him?
M🥜: Um... He has a scarf.
📚: Not really the first thing you should see is different, but ok. Let's continue.

And we realised something while watching it:
Scarlet. Redfox. Vermillion.
Kinda like Mashima ran out of last name ideas and just opened an artistic colour palette. (The dictionary meaning of Vermillion: A brilliant red and scarlet pigment.)

So many times I had to bite my tongue because it would give stuff away.

M🥜: So does that mean Natsu's over 80? Because he isn't stone.
Well, technically he was born 400 years ago so...

When Mest is looking pretty evil and Lily says he doesn't think he is a real member, M🥜 asked me if he was a real member. I found it really hard to answer this question. Because I didn't want to lie and say no, but didn't want to spoil and say yes.

"My real name is Doranbolt."
Or is it?
