18 Hetalia Germany and HRE 24-12

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!! 🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁 Hope you have a fantastic one!

Anyone who has watched even 1 season of Hetalia knows about the 'Germany is Holy Roman Empire' theory. (Seriously people-How can Germany NOT be HRE?!?!)
The theory is HRE is Germany's chibi form, and Germany is HRE grown up. How? HRE lost his memory when he left to go to war, leaving chibi Italy once and for all, and came back grown up, with no memory of ChibiTalia, as the Germany we all know and love.
So...
Here are my reasons that Germany is, definitely, positively, for sure, the Holy Roman Empire.

Looks:
We know Rome is the Italies' grandfather, and he looks so similar to them (mainly Romano because of the hair colour).
Germania is obviously an ancestor of Holy Rome-the resemblance is uncanny. He also looks like Germany, as well as the obviousness of their names.
Germany and HRE share the same eyes and blond lines as their sideburns. This could be because they are related, but you do not look that much like someone else unless you are their twin, or their past/future selves. Even siblings do not look that similar.
They both prefer their uniform over casual clothes. (You see Germany only in his green uniform and HRE in his black cape, whereas Italy, France, Japan, etc, change clothes.)
(Speaking of ancestors, do we ever find out where/how Greece's mother left? Because she is mentioned a few time in AP, seen once, and even her Het wiki page hasn't got that much infomation about her. Or any of the Ancients, really. Why did they leave/die? We need to know this stuff, Himaruya!)
And Germany and Prussia don't look that much alike...
It's not like other cases of siblings in Hetalia. Many siblings look very similar, though not carbon-copies. N. and S. Italy. America and Canada. Switzerland and Lichtenstein. Australia and Wy. Japan and Hong Kong. Russia and Ukraine. They all look similar to each other. Basically the only difference between the two Italies is the colour of their hair and the attitude.
Of course, there are also siblings that don't look alike. Austria, Germany and Prussia. Norway and Iceland. The UK. And... That's about it. Nor and Icey are only "5 percent" related, so that explains that. And I think the UK are so different simply because their people look so different. Austria was a part of Hungary for a while so that might've affected his looks (it certainly affected his sanity) but what about Germany and Prussia? They don't look related, apart from the fact that they both have blue eyes and blond/white blond hair. (And their love of beer, but that isn't genetic... I think.)

Age:
Germany looks to be the same age as Italy, or even older. In the wiki, their ages are the same. But we never see a chibi Germany in ChibiTalia. HRE, on the other hand, is around chibi Italy, but not adult Italy. So if they are the same age... Where was he?

Interactions:
Think about all the countries and the way they act if Germany is HRE.
Italy. They are shipped for a reason. Chibi ItalyxHRE and GerIta are so similar it's impossible to think that they aren't the same. They both (IxHRE and GxI) are friends with each other, and look out for each other. They have both lived together at one point or another. Italy feels safe with Germany, because Germany won't let him be hurt, unlike HRE, who left to go to war without Chibi Italy.
Romano. Lovino doesn't like him at all (unless he's drunk, but that's another story). It may be just because of Germany's resemblance to HRE, but he is very over-protective of Feliciano even if his looks aren't the reason. HRE left chibi Italy to go to war, and Germany is constantly fighting. Maybe Lovino is scared that history will repeat itself, and that's why he is so against Feli forming a friendship with Germany. (To the point of bringing out his secret weapon... Moustache!)
Austria. Austria has lived with both HRE and Germany. He would know all of their little habits. Wouldn't you if you had lived with someone for decades? Would you think it a coincidence that both of these people share the same traits? He would know for sure if they truly are one and the same. And Germany always listens to Austria when he has something to say. If that isn't a holdover from when he was HRE, I don't know what would.
Prussia. He has never called Germany 'Germany'. It's always 'West' (or 'Vest', because he has the accent). Maybe because Prussia is scared that if he finally admits that Germany is the full country, not just half of it, Prussia will die-after all, Prussia is dissolved. But it might also be because Prussia is scared that if he called him Germany, HRE's memories might come back. It might be the keyword that unlocks HRE's mind. Because Prussia was there when we meet Germany for the first time (Not chapter wise, but date wise). He had seen Germany being 'born'.

Sticks
Now, this only works in the anime, but...
ChibiItalia gave him a broom as a farewell gift. Then they never met again.
When Italy and Germany meet for the first time thousands of years later, what is Germany carrying? His sticky friend!
Brooms back then were made out of wood (I mean, they sometimes still are today, but you know what I mean), and HRE was carrying it with him. Is it a coinicdence that Germany is carrying a wooden object that he treats dearly (Even worried that the stick didn't get to share his wurst), just like HRE treated the broom dear?
I think not!
(I literally came up with this is a flash watching the dog chew on a stick. I immediately had to go and write it down so I didn't forget it.)

Finally: Actual Germany Birth Scene From the Manga:
The German and HOLY ROMAN countries became the G-48 (Prussia's idea). All of the countries huddled in a circle and in the next panel you see a teenage looking Germany.
So some of HRE DID became Germany! It may have taken HRE's humanish body himself, and then added the other countries to him, because then that would explain why Germany didn't come out chibi. And for those who say 'He had lots of countries starting him, that's why he's older," (Out of context, it sounds like Germany was made at an orgy... Oh, the joys of being a Hetalian!) Well, we can't definitively say yes, and we can't definitively say no. The Roman Empire (Grandpa Rome) took over lots of countries and looked like he was in his late 20s, and yet we don't know what he looked like before he was an empire. By the same token, HRE itself ruled a big chunk of the globe, yet he was in chibi form.
All of the European countries that we see as chibis, no matter how large they are as landmasses, are the same height. The young ones are all the same, then we have the teens (Austria, Spain, France) who are all the same height as well. Even Russia, who is the biggest country in the world (Fun fact: Russia is the size of a small planet. Literally-It's bigger than Pluto!) is the same size as ChibiTalia.

Also, not a Hetalian point, but a real historical point:
Look up 'Germany's Kings' in Google. You'll find King Fredericks and Georges of Germany, but also Emperor Edwards of the Holy Roman Empire.
Remember, Hetalia is based off historical events. They mostly aren't historically accurate (the Germans and Italians had met way before WW2), but it does have a lot of historical truth.
And if the above isn't RL proof, I don't know what is.

Sidenote on the Italys:
Has anyone else thought of the fact that Italy runs away/surrenders every fight because he doesn't want Romano to be hurt? After all, the country 'Southern Italy' has been dissolved and merged into 'Italy'. So if Feliciano is hurt, Lovino would be as well.
Maybe Lovi is so protective of Feli because he is still a part of Italy. (Not as cute as the whole 'big brother protecting little brother' image we get from him if this is not the case, but still.) Worth thinking about.
So if they both get hurt when one of them does, wouldn't they want to protect each other? Italy constantly surrenders, even if he has Germany at his side. It may be just cowardice, but I don't think he is like that. Yes, he is weak as a country, but who else made the mafia? (Oh, right. Romano.) Um... Who else made pasta?
Italia: Me! I did!
That's right! Who has fantastic paintings, and even Leonardo da Vinci?
Italia: Oh! Oh! Oh! That was me!
Yep! And who else mass produces white flags, at a rate that would surpass even Belgium's chocolate factories?
Italia: I do! Because I don't want big brother Romano to be hurt! Or Germany! Or Japan!
Yes! Because you don't want your friends to be hurt in fighting.

Thinking about it, surrendering is also a courageous thing to do. You have no clue how the enemy will treat you when you surrender. Once you have, you lose the support of everyone in your original team (Damn frogs! Bloody surrender monkeys! [Yes, I'm half British. I'm proud to have purple blood.] But I still won't forgive you!) so you will get no help from them. You are on your own, because once you surrender, you can't go back. Unless you are so annoying that your enemies ship you back to the original side just to get you out of their hair. ("*sigh* Welcome back, Italy.") But that rarely happens in the real world. Most times in RL, you get imprisoned, tortured, murdered. But, you know,  concentrate on the good things...
