I ran to the Bridge and found Scott who was shouting orders to the lower officers. I walked to him and hugged him. He wrapped one arm around me and held on as he continued to shout orders.

"Scott," I whispered, weakly. He looked at me and put his other arm around me. "The ship is sinking." He looked around and nodded.

"I knew the second you walked in. I already told Murdoch that I was leaving as soon as I had you," he stated. I smiled at him and he kissed the top of my head.

"Scott, go. Mae has to be frightened and we got it covered here," Officer Lowe stated. Scott nodded and took my hand.

"Come on. Let's get to the suite," Scott told me and he led the way back to the suite. We walked in and Emma and Robert looked at us.

"Did you feel the ship shake?" Emma asked. I nodded and Scott sat me on the couch.

"How long do we have, Mae?" Scott asked, squatting in front of me.

"Maybe two hours until everything is at the bottom of the ocean," I stated. Emma and Robert looked at each other.

"Emma and Mae must be two of the 1,300 people that will be on the lifeboats tonight," Scott stated, looking at Robert.

"I understand," Robert said as he held Emma's shoulders.

"No! All four of us will be on the lifeboats," I said as Scott stood.

"If it comes down to it, you are my most important priority and that requires you on a lifeboat getting away from the sinking ship," he said as I stood.

"No," I stated. He took a deep that he let out slowly.

"Mae, I love you and I can't let you go down with the ship," he told me, "Emma, Robert, go get our coats." Emma and Robert walked away and I walked to the wardrobe.

"There are four life belts in here," I said as I pulled them down. Scott walked over and took them from me to put them on the couch.

"Mae, I want you to know that I want to protect you and please get on the lifeboat as soon as you can," he begged as he moved my hair.

"I don't want to leave you, Scotty," I muttered and he kissed my forehead until there was a knock on the door. Scott walk over and opened the door, revealing a steward.

"Sir, please put on your lifebelts and head up to the deck near the lifeboats," the steward stated. Scott nodded and shut the door.

"Mae, they will load women and children first. I want to put you on the first lifeboat I can put on you on," he told me.

"I won't go unless you come with me," I stated and he closed his eyes before hugging me.

"Miss Morgan, your undercoat," Emma said and Scott let me go so I could put on my coat. She put my top coat on and buttoned it. "I put your pencil box into the pocket," she whispered. I ran over to my folder and took out the drawings and paper as Scott put on his coats.

"Emma, Robert, go out on your coats and then we will put on the lifebelts before heading up," Scott said as I folded my drawings and paper and put them in my pocket.

"Scott, do you think that we will be okay?" I asked as he brought a life belt to me. He put it over my head and looked at me.

"I know we will be," he said as he tied the life belt around me.

"Put on your life belt and then we can head up to the deck," I stated. He put on his lifebelt as Emma and Robert walked out in their coats and Robert put the lifebelt over Emma then put on his as she tied the lifebelt around each other.

"I want the four of us to stay together until we can get Emma and Mae on lifeboats then we go and try to find another lifeboat," Scott told Robert as Robert tied his lifebelt.

"Yes, sir," Robert said as he held Emma's shoulders and looked at us. I held Scott's hand as he looked at the three of us.

"We should get to the deck and prepare to load the lifeboats. Maybe they will load all of us together and forget the women first rule," Emma stated and Scott looked at the ground.

"I forgot that our class will give us access to certain things like lifeboats," Scott whispered. I squeezed his hand and he looked at me.

"As selfish as it may be to say, you and Robert are part of the women and children because of the class standing we are in," I stated. He looked at me and nodded.

"I know that. I remember my training. It doesn't matter now. We need to get to the deck before anything happens and we get trapped in the room," he said. Emma and Robert went to the door as I looked around. Scott's and my romance bloomed in the room that was going to be on the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean in two hours. The bedroom where we shared intimate moments and the sitting room where we shared sweet words. "Mae."

"I am coming right now," I said as I looked back to Scott. I had to get on a lifeboat with him so our romance wasn't only on the Titanic and die with the Titanic.

"I am not leaving you any time soon, understand?" he asked. I nodded and gripped his hand tighter.

"We can't break our promise," I said, "We are never leaving each other." He squeezed my hand and nodded.

"I don't break promises," he said and we headed up to the deck, together.
