As 'Photograph' from Ed Sheeran started playing, I pulled Jeanine back to me, even closer than she was before, and we swayed to the rhythm of the music.

"You really look beautiful tonight." I whispered in her, slowly leaning down to her and she moved closer to me, clamping her hand behind my neck and I felt her smiling on my skin as she hid her face in the crook of my neck.

"You smell amazing." She said looking up at me and I laughed. "Out of all this, that's what you get." I chuckled and she kissed my cheek. God

I'm falling for her.

And I'm falling fast.

Head firts, so there's no way out of this.

"Ladies and gentlemen please gather around for the rules of how to win an award." The guy said behind the mic.

Me and Jeanine just looked at each other for a second, our eyes locked on each other's before pulling away.

"The awards will be held at the end of this year so that gives you much more time to work hard on your books." The guy said.

Right in the middle of his rule speech I felt a hand slipping into mine. "Wanna get out of here?" Jeanine whispered, her warm breath sending shivers down my spine.

I looked back at her and her eyes met mine, a big smile appearing on her face. "Let's go." I said and we slowly started walking backwards.

When we were at the door the guy who escorted everyone in furrowed his eyebrows together as he looked at me and Jeanine.

"Run." I whispered and she looked up at me. "What!" She said softly and I chuckled. "Run. Run. Run." I said and she clenched onto my hand as we ran out the doors past him.

"Hey! You two!" He yelled and I looked back at Jeanine laughing as she ran behind me, her hand still captive in mine.

"Oh my gosh. That was wild!" She said out of breath as we got outside and a street away from the hotel.

"You okay?" I asked as she sat down on a street bench. "Yeah. I just need to take these off." She said pulling off her heels.

"Wait. What! You mean to tell me that you ran all the way here in heels!" I said surprised and she nodded, laughing at my expression. "What can I say. I'm a girl with many gifts." She said oatting my shoulder and we walked down the street to the nearest frozen yogurt shop.
