Shawn:

"She's different man. Not like the any of the others. And I know all girls aren't alike or the same but this one... she's, I don't know. It's hard to describe it but she's different."

I tried to explain to Geoff what Jeanine is like.

"But you're never gonna see her again mate. Don't let it get your hopes up." He said, walking over to the weights as I continue running on the treadmill.

"Don't bet on it dude. I have an idea." I smirked.

I handed her that rose as a way that I can go back to her.

Like an invitation to see her again. Get to know her or just simply see her again, even if it is for only a minute.

"Wanna get a smoothie before we go?" Geoff asked after we worked out. "Sure. I'm just quickly going to the bathroom." I said, grabbing my water bottle before running off to the bathroom.

"That was pretty quick." Geoff laughed as I walked up to him at the smoothie bar. "Just went to fill up my bottle." I said and we sat down.

"No. Ryan was a total freak. You know what I mean. But what's new." I heard.

The voice sounded really familiar and I furrowed my eyebrows together as I looked over my shoulder.

Angel of God walking in the gym.

"Thought I'd never see her again." I smirked at Geoff and he looked over his shoulder. Jeanine and some other guy was walking towards the smoothie bar.

His eyes grew big as he looked back at me.

"Wait. Jeanine as in Jeanine Robinson." He said. I looked at him confused and nodded. "Yes. Why, what? How do you know that?" I asked, taking a sip of my smoothie.

"She was my nieces best friend till they moved away from LA, one her and her brother. But now I know where she moved to." He said and elbowed me in the ribs when I saw her sitting across from us.

I couldn't take my eyes off her, but she haven't noticed me yet. "Jeanine!" Geoff said loudly and stood up. "Dude what the heck." I said through gritted theeth.

"Oh my gosh, Geoff. How are yo- Shawn." She said and her cheeks turned bright red as her smile grew wider.

So I have an effect on her.

I smirked slightly but quickly cut it off when Geoff looked back at me.

"Nice to see you." Geoff said and she just nodded before locking her eyes back on mine again.
