Jeanine:

💕3 months later💕

Shawn is constantly busy with tour stuff and planning new things for his album.

I know he needs to do that, and it's his work but a five minute coffee break with me won't do him any harm.

It's always the excuse of him being too busy, tired or just not up for it.

"Hey Jeanine. Why haven't you called me back. I haven't seen you in three days and you barely talk to me. Please call me or text me so I know everything is still okay." I listen to his voice message. I rolled my eyes.

Now I'm the one not giving attention.

Just as I was about to text him back the doorbell went off and I threw my phone on the bed, walking up to the door and opening it up to whoever it was. "Hey." He smiled and I sighed, looking down at the floor.

I didn't say anything though, just stepped aside and let him walk in. "Jeanine baby, I know I'm busy and we don't spend a lot of time together but please just tell me you still love me." He said and I looked at him with big eyes.

"What! How can you doubt that. I still love you." I said loudly at him, closing the door behind me. "Then why aren't you texting me or calling me?" He yelled and I rolled my eyes. "Don't do that Jeanine." He said, raising his voice even more.

"Shawn this whole thing, about me coming here, was to be closer to you, to spend more time with you. But that didn't happen once from the time I've been here. And I know! I know you're busy with touring and what not but 5 minutes of your day is all I ask of you. And you always blow me off." I yelled and he went silent.

Good.

"Are you packed?" I asked and he looked at me confused. I laughed at his reaction. "Should've known." I said, shaking my head. "Don't worry I'll tell my dad you got caught up in whatever keeps you buys." I said and suddenly he realized what I was talking about.

"Shit! Jeanine! See that's why you should've called me and just remind me." He yelled again.

Is he seriously doing this?

Taking this to that level?

Making it my fault that he forgot? "

"How can you turn this to me? I put a reminder on your phone about it, making it go off every day. How can you not see that? Don't turn this on me an make it my fault." I said and he rolled his eyes, shaking his head. "Yeah what will you know." He mumbled and I looked at him.

My heart breaking by the minute.

"Excuse me?" I asked and he turned around. "I'm busy Jeanine. But you can't seem to get that. This is my work and no matter what I'll never put it below anything else. But you won't get it, you're just another stupid fan." He scoffed, walking to the balcony door.

I can't believe he just said that.

'Just another stupid fan'. The words tearing my heart apart piece by piece.

I felt the tears in my eyes as some already streamed down my face. "What! A stupid fan? Shawn I'm your girlfriend. I understand that you're busy and despite all your shit and attitudes I stick with you, I support you no matter what. I'm always there for you when you need me and to keep you motivated when you're down. And trust me, now I know that no matter what I'll always lie second or under when it comes to you." I hiccuped and he looked at me with broken eyes of realization of the things he said and what he did.

"Jeanine I-" but I cut him off. "Get out!" I pointed to the door and he rushed up to me. "Please don't baby not again." He said, cupping my cheeks but I shook my head as more tears rolled down my face.

I can't wait to leave tomorrow, then this will all be away and I can have a break of it all.

"Get out Mendes." I said and pushed his hands away from me. "I love you Jeanine." He said, still standing infront of me. "I bet you do." I said and pushed him towards the door.

"Please just leave!" I cried out and eventually got him outside and slammed the door close.

I broke down. Falling to the ground as I cried my heart and eyes out.

Why did he just do that to me?
