Jeanine:

I can't believe I won in all three categories. This is literally insane.

"Now I know what you feel like when you win an award." I chuckled as I looked over to Shawn who's reading my certificates. "This is amazing Jeanine." He said in total awe.

It almost looks as if he's more proud of me than I am of me.

"All thanks to you though." I said taking his hand in mine and caressing his cheek. "Not entirely. You're the magic worker." He laughed. His eyes locking on mine and I got lost in the world we live in.

Where it's just us, alone in a world of our own.

"Ready for takeoff?" He whispered and I looked around the room. "Never been more ready." I whispered back to him, pecking his lips before we got up, grabbed my things and walked out to the car.

"Is everything in?" I asked, looking around in the back. "Shawn are you sure this is okay?" I asked nervously, biting my nail as he got in the car. "This is more than okay. Don't overthink it love." He said, cupping my cheek. I took a few deep breaths.

"Okay. Let's go." I smiled and put my seatbelt on as he pulled out of the parking lot of the venue. We don't really know where we're going, we're just hitting the road in any direction it takes us.

Or well, he looks like he knows where he's going.

we've been on the road for almost four hours now and my legs are starting to hurt from not moving around. "We can stop here for a few minutes. Get some food and stretch." He said, pulling down on the side of the road.

It was a beautiful landscape over woods and in the far off you could see a waterfall. I got our food from the backseat before walking over to his side of the car.

He was still sat in the seat, only with his door open, looking over the view. "Here you go." I handed him the water bottle and a sandwich. I already ate mine so I only took a few drinks of water.

"Come here." He said after finishing his good and taking a sip of the water. I smiled as I walked up to him, standing between his legs as he wrapped his arms around me from behind, lifting me up onto his lap.

We both looked out over the view, admiring the silence and togetherness. Home is wherever I am with him. "What's on your mind?" He whispered in my ear as he brushed my hair away from my neck and kissing my shoulder.

"You." I said, running my hands through his hair after he rested his chin on my shoulder. I could feel him smiling in my neck and I swiftly turned around, cupping his cheeks and connecting our lips.

"Where exactly are we going?" I questioned, looking around the environment again before getting back in the car. "That's a surprise." He smiled, turning the keys in the ignition before driving off again.

"You know how I feel about surprises." I chuckled, taking his hand in mine and he intertwined out fingers.

"Trust me on this one." He laughed and turned down the grail road.
