#61 = Comes home late (You)

Being late for work. Your car breaking down twice. Getting in a fight you and another fello employee who thinks instant coffee is for the poor and finding out your son Bailey had come down with the flu. It wasn't exactly a remarkable day for you.

Pulling up into the driveway, you slammed the door and sighed checking the time on your phone.

"11:28. Lovely." Letting your hair out of a bun, you walked up to the porch where you took the aching heels off and opened the door with a key. "Sorry I'm late." You said stepping in and chucked the shoe on the floor. Looking around, you saw everything was shut off and sighed before making your way through the house and up the hall.

You decided to check up on bialy first so you slightly creaked his door open and peeked in. Unfortunately, Niall was still awake and kissed Baileys head before standing up and running a hand through his hair.

"Your late." He whispered and you bit your lip and looked down as he turned to you. Niall didn't like you being late. Especially after work at night. That was when he panicked most about your well-being.

"You will not believe the day I had today." You sighed and stepped back as you walked up the hall.

"Tell me about it." Niall said following you and you opened your shared bedroom door.

"I'll tell you about it tomorrow Ni. My back is killing me." You whispered but he grabbed your wrist and you groaned. "Please Niall..."

"I was worried about you." He said trying to blackmail me.

"Niall. I'm here now, I'm fine. I just had a terrible day today. I'll tell you tomorrow. I have the day off. Please." I said and he sighed before pulling me into his chest before pushing his hands under my shirt and rubbing my worn out skin.

"Promise you'll tell me tomorrow." He said next to my ear and I nodded relaxing into him.

"I promise Ni." Well, be ready for me to rant tomorrow. Niall because I have some steam to get off my chest.
