"This is stupid..." you mumbled losing a game to win that big fluffy bunny you wanted. You were always terrible at darts so you could not seem to throw them at the balloons properly.
"It's alright princess." Niall put a hand on your lower back and rubbed it reassuringly. You looked up at that bunny you wanted and sighed.
"Oh it's alright love!" The worker came over making you narrow your eyes. "Everyone is terrible at this game! Except for the professionals but you know. Tough luck." It was like he was... mocking you.
"Let me guess..." he looked over at the prizes smirking. "You wanted a big one didn't you? Well, better luck next time sweetheart." You laughed and turned away making you look down at your feet.
"Lets go Niall." There goes the fun in carnival.
"No." Niall grabs your wrist and you look up at him. "He doesn't talk to you like that and get away with it. What toy different you want?" He asked looking slightly pissed as you came back to his side.
"T-that one..." you pointed to the big fluffy bunny as he nodded taking his wallet out.
"Then that's what I'll get you." He called a woman over before she gave him darts. You stood beside him and watched.as he threw dart after dart, attempt after attempt.
"Niall, it's alright. Really. Don't worry about it." You tugged his arm though he threw his final dart popping 4 balloons in the process. How does the even bloody work?!
"Jackpot!" He yelled happily as the woman came over.
"You can choose any toy from this row sir." She pointed to the top row as Niall smiled wide and pointed to the little mischievous bunny.
"That one." He said making your eyes beam. He got it. He actually got it!
She passed it to him and he thanked her before turning to you.
"Here you are princess." Niall passed you the fluffy bunny as you squeezed it tightly.
"Thank you Niall." He wrapped an arm around your shoulders and looked back. You saw him glare at the guy sledging you before glare back at you both.
Niall chuckled and flipped him the bird before walking you both through the carnival. Well then.
