You and Niall watched some modelling on TV making you feel self conscious about yourself. You knew you were fat and you knew you weren't good enough for Niall.
Why on earth he would choose you still surprises you.
"Baby." He interlaces your fingers with one hand before kissing your temple. "What are you thinking about?"
You sat up pulling your hand away before shaking your head.
"Why would you love me?"
"Why would you ask that? How could I not love you?"
"I'm fat and ugly Niall." He sat next forward and put a hand on your knee.
"You know I don't see you that way. You're beautiful and perfect." You wouldn't believe him. You just couldn't. "Listen to me (Y/N). Beauty isn't defined in weight or appearance. I'll tell you why I love you. I love you because of your gorgeous smile, your funny personality, your cute giggle, the way you dress, the way you are. When I fell in love with you, it wasn't because of pity. It was because I actually fell in love with you."
"N-Niall."
"I know you eat when you're unhappy. You eat because of hate that people give you. Well don't you dare listen to them because I am proud you are my girlfriend. And I'm so lucky to have you in my life."
A tear slid down your cheek and Niall wiped it away before pecking your lips. "I love you." He mumbled and you smiled at him.
"I'll get better Niall. I'll do it for you." You whisper and he pulls you in for a hug.
Though you set this task, there was nothing wrong with you. You were perfect in your own way. So maybe there wasn't anything wrong with the who you were, but the society around you.
