Carl's P.O.V

Why? Out of all the people I could fall in love with! Why does it have to be my best friend,Riley? Don't get me wrong. Riley is an awesome girl. But I feel bad because I need to hide this secret from her. I want to tell her so bad how I feel. But I'm too scare to tell her. What if she doesn't feel the same? I don't want to get my heart broken. Yet I can't keep this any longer. I know I said I can't tell her, but I have too.
"Hey Carl!" I heard Riley say as she walked into my cell and inturupting my thoughts.
"Uh-uh Hey Riley!" I stuttered nervously.
"Umm.... Are you okay?" She asked me.
No I'm not fine I need to tell you something.
"Yeah I'm fine," I said "What's up?"
"We'll I found a soccer ball in one of the cells, I was wondering if you wanna go outside and play with me?" Riley asked.
"Sure... Ill wait for you outside... I need to do change" I told her.
"Okay!" Riley said smiling and left.
The smile is so beautiful 😍.

Your P.O.V
The only reason why I asked Carl to play with me was because I have a huge crush on him and I wanna impress him with my soccer skills. To be honest, I don't think I could impress him. I don't think he likes me. But I really do like him. Ever since we met. Anyway I was kicking the soccer ball outside waiting for Carl to come.
"I'm here!" I heard Carl's voice say as he walked up to me.
"Finally! Do you wanna play One-on-One or do you just wanna play for fun?" I asked him.
"One-on-One.... I was really good at soccer!" Carl said looking at me with a smirk.
Ugh!! He is killing me with his smirk.😍😳😁😩😫😂😭😖😵😲😮😯(Sorry for the emojis)

"So was I and I bet I will kick your butt!" I said with a smirk.
"Yeah right!" He said and rolled his eyes playfully.
"Fine then....Lets begin!" I said as I kick the ball.
We began to play.
*What felt like 3 hours*
So far Carl and I were tied. Even though it was a competition we were still having fun.
"Okay..... Since we're tied lets play one more match and see who wins!" Carl said smiling.
I nodded and we began to play.
*end of the match*
"Ha I won!" I said with a smirk.
"Fine your the best!" Carl said .
"I know" I said laughing.
"That was so much fun." Carl said as he grabbed his water bottle he brought with him earlier. He took a sip.
"Should we get inside? It's getting a little dark out here!" I said.
"Yeah but before we go.....I need to tell you something..." Carl said with a hint of nervousness in his voice.
"Sure what is it?" I wondered.
Carl sighed deeply, then walked up to me and holded my hands.
"Riley I've liked you ever since we met. I wanted to tell you sooner but I was nervous. But today I finally had the courage to tell you. If you don't feel the same it's fine" he said
I was shock and I didnt know what to say, so I just kissed him instead. He kissed back immediately.
I pulled back.
"So I guess you do like me..." Carl said laughing.
"Yeah pretty much ever since I met you...." I said giggling.
"I'm glad you do. Will you be my girlfriend?" Carl asked me smiling.
"Yes.... I will be honored to be your girlfriend!" I said smiling.
Carl smiled back and kiss me on the lips.
We both smiled into the kiss. Then we pulled back.
"I think we should go inside now" I said laughing
Carl laughed and we walked back to the prison hand in hand.
That was the most unforgettable night of my life. 😍😘❤
