“Shh. Baby calm down the Walkers might hear you!” I whispered to my baby sister, who was crying.

I stopped walking and grabbed my sister’s blanket from my backpack and I laid the blanket on the ground and laid my sister on the blanket. Then I got out her baby bottle and feed her some milk. She seemed to calm down. I picked her up and carried her.

A few minutes later I heard some leaves being stepped on. Oh Gosh. The walkers are coming. I ran to the nearest bush and I hid there with my sister still in my arms. I was about to fall back but luckily I cached my balanced and it caused the leaves to make a huge sound.

“Who’s out there?” I heard a man’s voice ask. Well, at least it’s a human.

“Just me and my baby sister…Please don’t kill us!” I begged.

“Show yourselves” I heard a boy said.

I slowly got up with my sister still in my arms. I then saw the man and a boy. The boy was cute though.

“Are you by yourselves?” The man asked me and looked at my sister.

“Yeah….our parents were bitten so I ran away with my sister.” I said sadly because I remembered how our parents were bitten.

“Okay….Would you like to come with us? I recommend that you should. We have a baby at our camp too and we have everything to keep ya’ll save.” The man asked.

“Yes please and thank you” I said to the man.

“You’re welcome, my name is rick and this is my son Carl.” Rick said.

“Hi what’s your name?”He asked smiling at me.

“My name is Raven and this is my baby sister, Y/B/S/N” I said to Rick and Carl.

“I think we should get going it’s going to get dark soon” Carl said to us.

“Let’s go. Follow us Raven.” Rick said.

I followed them. On our way back to their camp we got to know each other better and turns out Carl and I had a lot in common.
