daylight savings gives me time to think
which is the last thing that I want since I don't drink
so I can't numb my feelings to avoid my thoughts
that climb to the back of my head tying my veins in knots

okay but all joking aside i'm starting to get kind of scared, we're starting to stock up on water and we're gonna buy sand bags for the sliding glass doors if we can and my mom has asked us to make a list of things we would want to pack
is it bad that both times i got asked what i'd pack today my first automatic thought was the things atl signed for me? like family and animals aside of course, that's the most important thing i could think of? and its not like im not taking this seriously either all i really have in my head so far (gonna write it down in a bit) are these things:
-jacket & poster atl signed -phone & charger/headphones -sketchbooks/portfolio -nuggee (my childhood stuffed animal) -a few physical pictures
thats literally all as far as personal things go?? like i'm sure some more things will come to mind when i start to write them down but its crazy how much i have and how little of it is actually irreplaceable. everything seems so important until you actually start thinking about what you would keep if you had to get rid of most of it
sorry i'm just being dramatic as always lmao
i have an idea for a fic that i really like and i'm gonna try and write some of it in a bit!!
also i have this journal with writing prompts in it and i haven't really used it even tho i would like to bc there's not a lot of writing space in it but @/shamelessc and i were brainstorming ways to solve that problem earlier and now i have some ideas so we'll see how that goes
