"Do you trust me?" Cassidy asked, holding the bag of popcorn inches from the microwave; the two of you were preparing for your daily movie night, and you weren't about to trust him to make the popcorn, not after last time, which resulted in the entire building almost burning down.
"No," you replied simply.
"Smart," he nodded, tossing the bag of popcorn your way. "Alright, love, you can make it."
"Good call!" Jesse yelled from the living room, making both you and the vampire laugh.
