Cassidy spent days, almost weeks, learning how to make your favourite food; he tried so many recipes, trying to get it perfect, until he finally got it right. The same night as he had succeeded, he told you to meet him downstairs, as he had an incredible surprise for you.
"Cass," you called, fairly concerned until you found him in the kitchen. "What you doing?"
"Ah! Shite," he grumbled, quickly serving the prepared food and turning around with it to face you, a half smile coating his lips. "I know you love it... Wanted to surprise ya."
"Did, did you make-"
"Your favourite," he nodded, smiling when you quickly wolfed down the food. "Did I do it right?"
"Fuck yeah," you grinned once you were done, your eyes meeting his. "Thank you, Cass."
"Ah, you're welcome, love."
