13, 27, 44 - "I love you, you idiot", "Bit early for mistletoe, but oh well", "At least put a shirt on".
Waking up in the early morning, you immediately noticed that the bed beside you was empty and cold, save for where the dogs were curled up; you drug yourself out from under the warm covers, and shivered when the cold December air hit your bare skin and bit through the shirt of Jeffrey's that you were wearing. You pulled on one of his hoodies, as you couldn't be bothered to get dressed just yet, and slowly padded downstairs.
"Jeff," you called sweetly yet also groggily as you searched for him; you soon found that he was in the kitchen, shirtless, and making breakfast.
"Morning, baby girl," he smirked the second he saw you, his hickory eyes failing to miss the fact that you were wearing both his hoodie and his shirt.
"Morning," you grinned lazily and tucked yourself into his side, allowing his arm to drape over your shoulders and pull you closer. "Can you at least put a shirt on?"
"Let me think," he mused, pretending to think it over before kissing your the top of your head and chuckling lowly. "No."
"What was that for?" You giggled, referring to the kiss.
"Well, I thought, it's a bit early for mistletoe, but oh well," Jeffrey grinned back and used his other arm to tilt you chin and make you look at him before kissing your lips softly.
"You wanna know something?" You asked lowly.
"Shoot," he agreed.
"I love you, you idiot."
