Tony was worried beyond belief as he walked into your room to find you sat on your bed, frowning, picking at your lips.
"Hey, baby girl," he said gently, closing the door before sitting beside you with a worried look. "You okay?"
"Dad, I..." you sighed and shook your head. "I got something to tell you... something big."
"What's up?" He asked, tilting his head and furrowing his brows as his mind already screamed the worst case scenarios at him.
"I, uh..." another sigh, clearly, you didn't know what to say. "I'm not... I'm not... I'm not straight."
"Okay," Tony nodded, knowing something else was on its way.
"I... I like both girls and boys," you hung your head as you flinched and fretted his reaction, but he did nothing other than hug you tightly. "Dad?"
"It's okay, baby girl," he mumbled. "I still love you, nothing's gonna change, but here's the thing... life won't be easy for you, kid, people aren't always gonna be supportive or accepting, and they may say some pretty shitty things, but... but every time you walk through the door, I need you to remember that I'm your Dad, I love and accept you, and the life that's chosen you."
"Do you mean that?" You asked with a sniffle.
"I'd never lie to you," he reassured. "No matter who you love, no matter what you love, you're my daughter, and I'll always love you."
"Man," you chuckled, wiping away your unshed tears. "Thanks, Dad."
