Archie had just come back from gathering firewood when he saw you stuck up a tree, your leg stuck between two massive branches.

"How exactly did you get stuck in there?" The British film critic laughed, dropping the firewood and standing beneath you with his hands behind his back.

"Okay, first," you began, "In my defence, it seemed like a brilliant idea at the time. But, I wanted to jump down and surprise you... Obviously it didn't work... And also, my leg got caught."

"I don't know how you get yourself into these situations, darling," Archie snorted, tilting his head to the side and allowing his usually stiff upper lip to curve into a beautiful smile.

"Yeah well, in my defence I thought this would go a lot more smoothly." You mumbled, somehow freeing your leg and expertly climbing down the tree until you were stood in front of him. "See? Expert climber, tracker, and hunter, at your service, Lieutenant Hicox."

"I love it when you call me that, darling."

"Oh, I know."
