"Oh my god," you laughed, looking at the broken toaster. "Erik... How did you break the toaster?"
"I got angry at it," he shrugged nonchalantly, making you try your best not to burst out with laughter.
"Just when I thought you couldn't get any stupider," you teased. "You go and break the toaster because you got angry at it."
"Do you think Charles will notice?" Erik asked, and the dam burst, your breath leaving you as you laughed loudly.
"You broke his toaster! Of course he'll notice!"
