xlix. CONCLUSIONS WITH SECONDS GUESSES,
HOPING YOU'LL CHOOSE RIGHT.
i'll give you one more chance to beg on the floor and tell me how much you love me ( to make you realize how the lies continue to pour from your voice like a waterfall full of acid ) i'll give you one more chance to wrap your pinky around mine and tell me how this promise won't be broken ( to make you see the disappointment that bleeds from my heart when you turn this all around ) i'll give you one more chance to tighten this string that connects our hearts, make our souls dance across the tightrope ( to make you watch as yours pushes mine over and i free fall to the floor ) i'll give you one more chance to understand how much you need me ( and how much you don't ) i'll give you one more chance to make my skin feel like home, to stitch the wounds you continue to open ( or watch my blood stain your skin as you slice me open before walking away ) i'll give you one more chance to pick the right answer when it comes to why you continue to overfill me with love only to break me open and watch everything we ever were go down the drain ( to repeat your answer with confidence, your i don't know's echoing off the walls ) i'll give you one more chance to envelope me in your arms and mourn for all we had ( to not shed one tear and slam the front door )
i'll give you one more chance to tell me how much you'll miss me,
miss this ( or how much you'll regret ever loving me )
