Chapter 29 Ravenswood

Lets hope third time is the charm.  This is the third time posting this chapter.  Lets hope Wattpad doesn't delete it again.

Monroe says, "I know that look Estella, what's going on?" Estella replies, "We will talk in your car." Monroe follows Estella to her car. Monroe unlocks her car and opens the passenger door for Estella. Estella says, "Thanks" and get in. Monroe walks to the driver side and gets in. She closes the door and looks at Estella. Monroe asks, "So what is it?" "Ravenswood" Estella states looking at Monroe. Monroe looks confused and asks, "What about Ravenswood? You know you still haven't answered my other question about Ravenswood." "Why did ask me if Ravenswood was a story, or city, or something?" "Alright then, you're not gonna answer my question" Monroe says, "I asked that because it was written on the doll."

Now Estella looks confused. Estella asks, "What are you talking about?" "Remember the dolls E left in Ariella's car and had a demand that we had to complete" Monroe asks and Estella nods, "Well, when I had gone home, I kinda throw it somewhere. My friend came over yesterday after my date with Kayla and he saw it. He asked why I had a doll and I told him that you had asked me to hold on to it and it must have fallen out of my backpack. He told me I was dead because one of the arms had broken off. He told me he would fix it. He took off the shirt and Ravenswood was written on the back of the doll."

Estella asks, "And your sure that it said Ravenswood?" "A hundred percent sure" Monroe says, "Here look." Monroe pulls out her phone and shows Estella a picture of the back of the doll. On the back of the doll just like Monroe said, Ravenswood was written. Monroe asks, "So do I get my questioned answered now or are you still going to leave me in the dark?" Estella says, "I'll answer your question when we get to my house." "Alright" Monroe says. Monroe drives to Estella's house.

Estella's House

Estella, Monroe, Ericca, Ariella, and Vanessa are all sitting in Estella room. Monroe asks, "So do I get an answer now?" Vanessa asks, "Why did I have to leave my date early and lie to Laura?" Ericca asks, "What was so important that we drop everything and meet you at your house?" Ariella asks, "And why did we have to bring our dolls that E gave us?" "Monroe found something really interesting on her doll" Estella says. Vanessa, Ariella, and Ericca look at Monroe. "Written on the back of my doll was Ravenswood" Monroe says. Vanessa, Ariella, and Ericca all look at Estella and they seem to be having a silent conversation between themselves.

"Um hello" Monroe says, "Person in the dark here." Each of the girls grabs their dolls from their backpacks and start to take the dresses off. "Here let me see" Monroe says to Estella after watching her struggle. Estella hands her her doll. Monroe takes out a pocket knife from her pocket and cuts the back of the dress. Monroe does the same for Vanessa, Ericca, and Ariella. They all look and see Ravenswood written on the back. Ariella says, "This can't be a coincident." Ericca says, "We should go invest. We might find a lead."

Ariella says, "Lets go this Friday after school, so that we will have the whole weekend." Ericca says, "Sounds like a plan." Vanessa says, "What the hell, we need dome answers." "Ok" says Estella. "Looks like we are going on a field trip to Ravenswood this Friday" Monroe says. After that Vanessa, Ericca, and Ariella leave. It is just Monroe and Estella. "Are you going to give me some answers now" Monroe asks. Estella says, "When our parents were dealing with A, they had several trips to Ravenswood." Monroe says, "More connections between us and them. So, you four are hoping to find some answers while there I'm taking it." "Sounds about right" Estella says. Monroe asks, "So do I get to hear about those adventures?" Estella says, "You will hear about them on the way there." "Ok" Monroe says.

Friday

School just ended. They all meet up at their lockers. Once everyone is ready, they go to Ariella's car and start making their way to Ravenswood. After what seemed like an eternity because Vanessa wouldn't stop complaining about being hungry, they finally arrive. They get out of the car and look around. Ariella says, "This place isn't creepy at all." Vanessa asks, "Is it just me or is anyone else getting a bad vibe?" "You're not the only one" Ericca says. Monroe asks, "Where to first?" Estella says, "Lets just walk around and see if we find anything."
