don't worry. i cleaned the cuts.

so, i'm fine.

i was looking over this old scrapbook

that we all used to look at. 

i could see the smiles and happiness 

that was shown on  this happy family.

a smile that's never been sad before.

i smiled when i saw a photo of you and daddy.

you were holding hands with this small child

inside your arms. 

you were looking down with this huge smile. 

as daddy was kissing your head. 

i stared at the photo and i could already feel my throat

tightening up. 

you're no longer here anymore, mommy. 

daddy isn't either. 

and the reason why you're both gone?

its because of me.

i'm the reason why you both are gone.

its just my fault.
