dear mom,
the air around me,
starting to close up,
as i could feel myself stuck in time.
my heart starting to pound,
as i saw cedric standing over on the edge.
i tighten my fists,
furious and on the verge of wanting to cry,
all at the same time.
"cedric listen to me,
don't jump.
i can explain everything.
i can explain my feelings,
because i know how i feel.
please just listen to me."
i ran over to him,
and when i reached him,
i jumped over the rails.
"cedric please talk to me,
i love you,
okay.
i love you so much cedric!
i only love you,
i don't love aaron.
i promise you!"
i held onto his hand,
which oddly felt squishy.
"cedric."
he didn't respond.
i held tightly onto him,
only to find complete squishy.
i blinked and as i looked up,
my eyes widen when i realized,
the body who i was hugging,
was actually not cedric.
it was jack.
i wanted to back away,
but i couldn't,
because if i tried,
both of us would be falling off the roof.
"hey there annie."
he gave me this smile,
before jumping onto the other side.
i stayed on the edge of the roof,
confused as i turned around,
and quickly held onto the rails,
for support.
what was going on?
love,
ann
confusedly scribbled on rail
