Dear Mom,

daddy is gone.

dear mom,

i came back from the first week of 4th grade

and daddy was gone.

i searched for a note of some sort.

but i didn't find anything to tell me where he was.

so, i waited for him, 

and as i waited,

daddy didn't come back.

it's okay though, mommy!

daddy's probably just out late as usual.

he'll be coming back home soon! 

so, i'm going to wait for daddy.

because i know he'll be coming back home. 

he wouldn't leave me. 

daddy's not that bad.
