"Just a little longer," the doctor consoled the woman as she yelped in pain. "She's almost there."

The woman clenched her abdomen tight, waiting for the excruciating hell to end. As soon as she felt a sudden drop of weight on her center, she sighed in relief.

"She's beautiful," the woman cries as she reaches out to hug her crying daughter.

"Kookie-ah, it's your little sister!" She coos the one-year old in her husband's arms to meet the newborn baby girl.

"What should we name her?" The woman looks up at her husband with curious eyes.

"I like Y/N," he replied, smiling before kissing both their foreheads.

"Kookie, say, 'hi, Yoon Y/N!" The woman says as she cups her son's cheek with her free hand.

"Hah, Yoo Y/N!" The baby boy blurted as he reached out to stroke his sister's cheek with his soft, little fingers.

The newborn giggled at his touch and squirmed in her mother's arms. Then, she sucked her thumb and buried her face in said mother's chest.

"Welcome to the family, Yoon Y/N," she said before kissing the baby's forehead and cradling her to sleep.
