I sprinted back to the cabin where a worried Briar and Paisley were waiting. Once I slammed the door closed, they rushed to my side. “Where were you last night?” Paisley asked.

“I went out to see the spider man movies with Jackson, Brandon and Elliot.” I tried not to cringe when I said his name. It was really hard considering the fact that the moment his name escaped my lips, I remembered every gruesome detail from last night.

“No, but after that. We were so worried about you.” Briar asked, wrapping me in a tight hug. Paisley joined in and I could hardly breathe.

“Oh,” I said quietly. I didn’t exactly feel comfortable telling the girls yet. I didn’t exactly feel comfortable telling anyone. The only reason Flynn knew about last night’s events was because I accidently showed up at his house and basically passed out on him. He kinda deserved an explanation. Not that the girls didn’t. They did. But, I just wasn’t ready to talk about it. “I slept over Flynn’s.” I said quietly. It wasn’t technically lying. I did sleep over Flynn’s. But I slept over after the whole almost rape incident. But what they didn’t know wouldn’t kill them.

The girls gasped. “WHAT?! YOU SLEPT OVER?!” Paisley practically screamed. I rolled my eyes, pulling a hoodie on over my tank top.

“Did anything happen?!” Briar asked. I shrugged, slipping sneakers on my feet. “Wait what?”

“I don’t know. I don’t really remember last night. It’s all kinda fuzzy to me.” I answered honestly. I didn’t remember anything after falling into Flynn’s arms. Just pictures.

“Were you drunk?” Paisley asked hesitantly. I laughed.

“No of course not! I mean it’s not like I have amnesia. I remember like…images.”

“So what do you remember?” Paisley pressed. I bit my cheeks, trying to remember.

“Well, I took a shower…” The girls gasped again.

With him?!” Briar hissed. I shook my head furiously.

“No….well, I don’t think so.” The girls’ eyes only widened even more. “Then, we went to sleep.” It was vague, but it was true. That’s all I remember. Which kinda sucked. I’d have to ask Flynn about what happened last night on our hike.

“Did you sleep, or did you sleep?” Briar asked, placing her hands on her hips.

“Well, I don’t feel any different. So, no I guess.” I shrugged, standing from my bed. “But we’re going on a hike now, so I will tell you everything in more detail later tonight, okay?” If I can get more details from Flynn. There was a sharp knock on the door and I opened it to see all five boys waiting.

“Jeez, princess, does powdering your nose take so long?” Damon sighed, kicking the door shut. I glared at him.

“You didn’t have to wait for me.” I countered.
