WHAT'S WRONG?

A WEEK LATER
Aimee's POV
Today's the day we find out the gender of the baby which, I am very very excited for. I'm downstairs talking to my family about if we want to know the gender or wait and we finally came up with an idea which I think is an amazing idea. Shawn walks in and I smiled as he gives a hug. "Today's the day" He smiles kissing my cheek. "You guys look so cute together" my mom says and I laughed.

"MOM" Elena yelled, kicking moms leg. I looked at Shawn and he looked down nervously laughing. I decided to let it go and not ask what's wrong. I'll ask him after the doctors appointment. "Ready?" I asked after 5 minutes of awkward silence. He nods and we jumped in his car. I explained to I'm what we came up for the gender reveal.

AT THE DOCTORS
I lay on the bed waiting for my doctor. "I'm so excited" I smiled and he looks at me nodding. "Shawn, what's wrong?"

"Nothing" He says, faking a smile.

"Don't lie to me Shawn. I know there's something bothering you so please fucking answe-" I start saying but the doctor walk in cutting me off. I was clearly getting annoyed and mad. "How are you two" The doctor asked taking a seat. "Good" I say looking at Shawn and rolling my eyes. He knew how mad I was getting and he tried grabbing my hand but I pulled away.

"Lift your shirt up please" The doctor says and I lift my shirt up as she puts the gel on my stomach. She rubs my stomach with the ultrasound microphone thing. I look at the tv and see my baby. "That's the heartbeat" The doctor says, as we listen to a sound that filled the room. My eyes starts to get watery with happy tears. "You want to know the gender?" She asked, putting the stuff away.

"No. We decided to have you call my mom or dad and tell them and then they're going to throw us a gender reveal party" I smiled as she wipes the gel off. "Well congrats" She says, walking out of the room. I got up and walked out without saying a word to Shawn.

"What do you think it is" Shawn smiled, running up to me. I just rolled my eyes ignoring him. "C'mon Aimee. Cheer up" He says.

"CHEER UP SHAWN?! HOW CAN I CHEER UP WHEN YOU'RE ALWAYS LYING?" I yelled cursing everyone to stare at us. I just rolled my eyes and left. "I'll tell you when we get home" He says and I just nod.

AT HOME
"How'd the appointment go?" My mom asked once we walked in the living room. Everyone else was upstairs I guess and mom and dad were cuddling on the couch. "Good" I say with no emotion. "The doctor called" She smiled and I just nod.

"Is everything okay" Dad asked. "No. Can I talk to your daughter alone please?" Shawn asked.

"Sure" They both say getting up and walking out. Shawn turns around and holds my hands. "What's going on? Why are you acting strange" I asked and he takes a deep breath. "I have a girlfriend I've been seeing for the passed three days" He says.

I let go of his hands and backed up as my eyes got watery. "A NEW GIRLFRIEND?! AFTER EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED WITH SELENA?" I yelled, letting tears slip down my cheek. "you're really seeing someone new? Don't you give a fuck about me?" I say, starting to calm down.

"WHAT? AM I SUPPOSE TO NOT DATE ANYONE ELSE? NOT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT YOU AIMEE, YOU KNOW?" He yelled causing more tears to slip down my cheeks. "I didn't know I needed your approval" He says and with that he left slamming the door shut. "What happened?" Mom panicked, running in the living room. "Nothing" I say, running upstairs crying.
