Aimee's POV I woke up to my alarm going off. I slowly opened my eyes and stretched to my phone to shut the alarm off. It was 5 in the morning. I looked over to see if Shawn was still in bed but he wasn't. I'm guessing he's getting ready for work. I get out of bed putting my phone back on the nightstand. I walk out of the room and into the kitchen to see Shawn finishing making his lunch.
"Good morning baby" he smiled and I hugged him from behind laying my head on his back. "I made your lunch. It's in the fridge. I was gonna get the diaper bag ready for you but I have to get going or I'll be late" he says and I smiled pulling away.
"Are you sure you'll be able to make it in on time getting you and Adalynn ready?" He asked and I nod. "Yeah now get to work" I laughed smacking his ass and he laughed. "Good luck on your first day!" He smiled kissing me and with that he left. I smiled walking back into our room. I decided to take a shower so I walked into the bathroom.
After I took a shower I changed into a cute brownish flowy shirt with a pair of shorts since it was gonna be about 96 degrees outside.

I paired my outfit with a pair of sandals. I smiled and walked out of the room. It was about 5:20. I walked into the nursery to see Adalynn still sleeping. She does pretty good sleeping through the night.
She wakes up usually around 6 or 6:30. Sometimes if we're lucky she would sleep till 7:30 or 8. I just smiled slowly shutting the door. I went back into our bathroom and did my hair. I just decided to throw it in a long ponytail.
After I finished getting ready I walked into the kitchen again. I grabbed the diaper bag that was sitting on the counter next to my car keys.
I opened the front pocket and grabbed the bottles. I grabbed about 3 bottles. I filled it with water and put them in the diaper bag. I zipped it up and threw it on the side. Everything else was in there and they have diapers at the daycare for Adalynn so we were good. I walk into the nursery to see Adalynn was waking up.
I turned the lights on and she squinted her eyes cause it was bright. As she stretches and wakes up I walk into her closet to find an outfit for her.
