AT THE AIRPORT Aimees POV We just off of the plane about 20 minutes ago. We just got our luggage and everything. I looked out of the big window in the airport to see it was snowing. I smiled as we walked. "Adalynn's first snowfall" I smiled and everyone else smile. "Just wait. We're suppose to get a bad snow storm either tomorrow or Sunday" my dad smiled and I just couldn't help but smile.
I've always loved the snow and will always love the snow. I've always enjoyed coming to Colorado when I was little. We haven't been here for years. We haven't been to our cabin we have here for years. So it'll probably be messy. We're scared to see how it looks though. Like if it's still standing or not.
It's also gonna be strange without my mom. We've always came here with my mom and now she's not here anymore. We've always had good memories here.
Anyways, we just continued to walk outside where my dad had a rental car. I made sure Adalynn was snuggled under her blanket in her car seat cause it was cold outside. We did buy are hats, jackets, etc from the store the other day but they were buried underneath the luggage and we didn't want to go through it.
We had 2 cars cause we obviously wouldn't all fit in the same car. Shawn's family was also with us. So Aaliyah, Jeremy, and Elena went into the car with Shawn's family. Then it was me, Shawn, Adalynn, Amelia, Jaxen, and Madilyn with my dad and Aunt Tori. Aunt tori was in the front with my dad. Then Adalynn, Shawn, and me, were in the middle row. And then it was Madilyn, Jaxen, and Amelia in the back row.
"Are you guys hungry? You wanna stop now or get to the cabin first?" My dad asked, starting to drive off and Shawn's family followed us. "I think we're good right now. We did eat on the plane and Adalynn already ate so I'd say let's get to the cabin first" Shawn says and we agreed with him.
"No! I want McDonald's!!!" Madilyn complained and I sighed. "No. We're going to the cabin" my dad told her and she started having a tantrum and starting kicking Adalynn's seat.
"Madilyn knock it off!" My dad scolded her. "NOOOOO" she cried, continuing to kick Adalynn's seat. "MADILYN CRYSTAL WILLIAMS, KNOCK IT OFF AND QUIT KICKING ADALYNN'S SEAT" I yelled and she looked at me.
"DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO" she yelled at me. "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TALKING TO ME LIKE?!" I yelled. "IF YOU DONT QUIT IT YOU'LL BE IN TIMEOUT AS SOON AS WE GET TO THE CABIN!" I continued and she looked at me. I turned back around and just laid my head on Shawn's shoulders.
"Thank you" my dad said, making a turn and I smiled. "No problem" I answered looking at Adalynn who started fussing. "Shhh baby" I say, slipping her pacifier back into her mouth.

I smiled as she fell fast asleep. Shawn kisses my head and I just sat there and relaxed with my head laying on Shawn's shoulders.
AN HOUR LATER About an hour later we finally arrived at the cabin. It was about 6 in the evening. I smiled to see it still standing. It was also still snowing out. My dad puts the car in park and turns the car off after he pulls up the driveway.
