Pregnant At 17

Aimee's POV
It's been two weeks since we told my family I was pregnant. We also told Shawn's parents too obviously. Everyone's been so supportive and I'm very thankful for that.

I woke up and looked down at my stomach. My little stomach popped out. I smiled feeling my stomach. I know I'm scared to be pregnant but once I found out I had a child in my stomach, I fell in love with it.

Even if I never met the baby.

I still love it more than anything.

I got out of my bed and walked downstairs. I didn't feel like changing yet. I was just hungry. My family looked at me, then my stomach, and smiled.

"You popped out finally!" Jeremy exclaimed. I giggled, giving everyone a hug. Shawn's been working lately. He's working more so he could help me support the baby. I'm going to get a job but everyone keeps telling me to wait till after the baby is born so I could start fresh.

So that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to wait till the baby is born, then find a job after about a month or two. My parents are obviously going to help us too but me and Shawn are mainly going to buy the stuff and shit.

I know this was a huge mistake we made but being pregnant is possibly the best feeling ever. Heading the baby's heartbeat for the first time. Feeling the baby kick for the first time. She the baby for the first time. This is going to be one hell of an adventure but it'll be worth it.

The part I'm mostly scared of is the pain. But I know everyone always says, 'it may be painful, but it'll all be worth it in the end' and I believe them.

I just wonder if anything will change when the baby arrives. Like is Shawn going to live with us? Are we going to move into our own place?

These questions keeps going through my head but I decided to try and ignore them and just worry about it when the baby comes. We do still have another 9 months to go.

Ugh. This is going to be a long adventure but I can't wait for it to start. "Mom, can I have coffee please?" I asked, sitting at the counter. She looked at me and says, "you're pregnant Aimee and it's not good for the baby"

I just rolled my eyes. Yep. Here comes the hormones. Great.

"I don't care. I'll be fine and the baby will be fine too" I say, confident in my actions. She just rolled her eyes, giving me my coffee anyways.

"Don't get upset if you find out the baby isn't healthy" she says, handing me my coffee. I just rolled my eyes. "Cut it out with that attitude!" My father scolded me which scared me. He came out of no where.

"Calm down honey. It's the baby hormones so she's going to be grumpy" my mom says, giving him a kiss on the cheek. Elena walks in and looks at what I'm drinking. "I don't think you're suppose to be drinking coffee"

"CAN EVERYONE JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP?! IT'S MY LIFE AND I'LL DO ANYTHING I WANT!" I yelled, scaring everyone. I'm never like this. "We're just trying to help!" Jeremy says, and I rolled my eyes walking away.
