Pregnant At 17

RAINED IN

Aimee's POV
I woke up to Adalynn starting to cry. I stretched and sat on the bed. It was 10 in the morning and my eyes widened. Damn. We slept in. I smiled lifting my shirt knowing that Adalynn is probably starving. I lay my back on the back board of the bed and picked her up from the side crib and started feeding her.

I heard a knock on my door and it starts opening. "Oh! Sorry!" Jeremy says. He was about to walk out but I stopped him. "No. Its fine" I laughed. He walks back in and closes the door. "We tried waking you up but you were out. We literally thought you were dead" he laughed, sitting on the bed.

I was about to sat something until my phone went off. "Its Shawn" he says, handing me my phone that was on the nightstand and my eyes widened. "He called twelve times and tried texting me" I say, answering.

"Babe?" He asked.

"Yeah it's me" I answered.

"Thank God. I thought you were mad at me" he says.

"Why would I be mad at you?"

"Because I have to move to miami?" He says, making it out like a question.

"Oh no. Sorry" I laughed. "Me and Adalynn just woke up. I'm feeding her now"

"Damn. You slept in late" he laughed and I chuckled.

"Just wanted to say good morning and letting you know that I'm on my way back" he says and I smiled.

"Thank God. I missed you" I say.

"Miss you too. See you in a little bit" he says hanging up and I placed my phone on the bed. "He thought I was mad at him" I say, laughing and Jeremy nods. "How are you feeling? Like from the doctors yesterday?" Jeremy asked as Adalynn finished eating.

"I'm feeling fine. I'm sore and in pain but I'll survive" I answered, pulling my shirt down. "Can you take her for a sec?" I asked and he smiled. "Finally!!" He exclaimed, grabbing her and I laughed.

"You could pick her up anytime you want. You dont have to ask" I say, grabbing my phone and slowly getting off of the bed. "Can I change her?" He asked and I smiled. "Sure. Just keep her pajamas on since we aren't going anywhere?" I say and he nods running out of the room into the nursery. I just laughed and threw my hair in a messy bun.

I walk out of the room and downstairs into the kitchen. "Hey sleep head" my mom smiles. "Damn. Is Adalynn still sleeping?" Jaxen asked. "Language!!" My mom scolded and I chuckled.

"No. Jeremy is changing her" I answered sitting down slowly. It hurts when I move. "Here" my dad said, handing me a plate of pancakes. The front door opens and Shawn walks in.

"Morning" he smiled, kissing me. "Wheres my daughter?" He asked, putting his phone on the counter. "Shes upstairs with Jeremy getting changed" I answered, eating the pancakes. "How are you feeling babe?" He asked, looking at me.

"I'm in pain but I'll be alright" I say, handing my dad the empty plate as Jeremy walks in. "Hey baby girl" Shawn says, taking her from Jeremy. "I'm never leaving you again. That was the hardest night ever because I wasnt with you!" Shawn says in a baby tone and I looked down.

If he cant deal with one night being away from Adalynn how is he going to survive moving to Miami?

"So Shawn, when do you have to move by?" Amelia asked and I looked at him. I'm surprised I havent asked him that. He probably doesn't have to be there until a month or two anyways.

"I have to move by next week" he answered and I quickly glanced at him. "Next week?" I asked, kind of hurting and he nods.

I'm just going to have to deal with this no matter how hard it is. I heard a loud bang which was thunder. "Is it raining out?" I asked, looking at Shawn.

"Oh yeah. It's getting really bad. The roads are even bad" he answered and everyone eyes widened. "I guess we're stuck at home" my laughed. We just pretty much watched movies all day which I didnt mind at all.
