Pregnant At 17

THE DAY HAS FINALLY ARRIVED

Aimee's POV
I was kind of freaking out. Who wouldn't be freaking out? "Shawn!! What's happening?!" I asked, trying not to cry. "Dont worry. Everything will be fine" he says, trying to calm me down. You could tell he was as worried too.

After a few minutes they finally came back in the room with my baby girl wrapped in the blanket. They gave me a relief look and I gave then a look saying 'what the hell happen'

They handed me the baby over and started explaining what happened. "There is nothing wrong with her! We thought there was because when she first came out she couldn't breathe as well but everything's fine. Sorry for scaring you!" She smiled. "We'll give you some time alone! Call me if you need anything" she added walking out of the room.

I smiled looking down at the baby girl. "She looks just like you" shawn smiled purring his arm around me. "Is that bad or good?" I asked.

"Good. Trust me. Very good" he smiled. We locked eyes and he leaned down. Our lips eventually met and butterflies flew all over the place. It was magical. I've been waiting for this moment.

He pulled away smiling. "Aimee, I've never knew this day would come. I didnt even expect to be here this moment and having a baby with you and trust me. It's the best thing ever. Will you please be my girlfriend?" He asked and I honestly couldn't stop smiling. "Of course" I say looking down at the baby. "Daddy and I are finally together" I say and everyone cheered. We jumped not knowing they were behind us this whole time.

They all cheered and gave us kisses and I smiled. "Shes precious" Amelia said and Shawn's family walked in. The doctor came back in after a few minutes and said "you should probably feed the baby now" and I nod as they start showing me how to.

"Do you want us to leave?" Shawn asked and I smiled. "No. It's okay" I say as she starts eating. "You okay?" The doctor asking as she held the baby a little. "Yeah. It hurts a little though" I answered looking down at my baby.

"Yeah. It hurts at first but you'll get used to it" she says and I nod as she finishes. "Do you need any diapers or anything?" She asked and I shook my head. "No thank you" I smiled pulling my shirt down.

"If you dont mind we're going to take her and bathe and weigh her" she says taking the baby and I nod. I cant believe this day finally came.
