Aimees POV
I was just chilling on the couch with aunt tori. Today's Monday and we're back home. It's about 1:30 in the afternoon. Shawn was working and Adalynn was at daycare. She's officially five months today.
I can't believe it. She's getting so big so fast. "Do you think we're going to Colorado?" Aunt tori asked, kicking back on the couch and I shrugged. "We're most likely going. Shawn's talking to his boss today or he's supposed to. If we do go we're leaving Sunday I believe" I answered and she nods. "Or maybe Friday. I can't remember" I added.
"I think it was Friday" she says and I nod. My phone starts ringing and I looked at the caller ID. "I have to take this" I say answering the phone. "Hey Christine. What's up?" I asked. "You said that your dad was picking you up, right?" She asked.
"No. Shawn's mom is picking her up today cause she wanted to. Is it a problem?" I asked, taking a sip of my water bottle that was on the coffee table. "No not at all. Jill and Marissa forgot who you said was picking Adalynn up and I wanted to call to make sure who you said" she answered and I nod even though she can't see me.
"Oh okay. No problem" I say. "Okie Dokie! I have to go" she says. "Okay! Bye" I say, hanging up and placed my phone on the coffee table. I smiled and just sat back as my phone starts going off again. Ugh!" I groaned, getting ready to reach for my phone. "Here" Aunt Tori laughed, handing me my phone and I smiled answering the call. It was Shawn.
"Hey babe!" I smiled. "Hey. I'm on break right now. My boss is coming in a little bit so I'm gonna talk to her about the vacation. When do we leave? Is it Friday?" He asked. "Yeah I'm pretty sure" I answered.
"Okay! He's here right now. I'm gonna talk to her. I'll let you know either later or when I get home!" He says and I smiled. "You could go to Walmart or target and try looking for winter clothes for us!" He says and I smiled. "Okay! Bye" I say hanging up. Me and aunt tori decided to go to Walmart, target, and the mall and we did find a bunch of stuff. It was a nice girl day.
