Chapter 23: You Irish Potato

"Sirius?!" Logan punched his shoulder, "That's so irresponsible of youuuuuuuu!"

"How much have you had?" Sirius asked.

"Not a lot."

"Like, seven cups." Ursula said.

"Oh no!" Sirius groaned, holding up three fingers, "Quick, how many fingers am I holding up?!"

"Mary, Joseph, and little baby Jesus."

"We are so dead tomorrow."

"What do we do?" James panicked.

"Umm... take her to Remus! He'll know what to do!"

"Come on, Birdie, Let's go see Remus!" James said, attempting to guide her away from the punch.

"Bird?! Where?" She spun around, searching the ceiling for a bird that wasn't there.

"What do I do?" James asked in despair.

"Pick her up or something?" Sirius suggested.

James scooped Logan's up and tried to make his way towards Remus. Logan began kicking him.

"What? What?" James asked.

"More punch?"

"No!" Sirius stayed firmly.

Logan began to cry which earned the trio more odd glances. Sirius began to sing her a lullaby under his breath.

"Hush little Logan, don't you cry..."

Remus turned around and stared at He spectacle before him.

"Logan?" Peter asked.

Logan stopped crying and smiled. James let her down and she ran over to Remus, embracing him in a tight hug.

"Oof!" He exclaimed in surprise, "Er, what happened?"

"Sirius is a doofus." Logan mumbled into his shoulder.

"Agreed but why?"

"I- um... I spiked the punch." Sirius admitted.

"You what?! There are first years around here!" Remus yelled.

"Relax, I put an age line thingy around it. Only sixth years and up could get in."

"Unfortunately, it didn't keep her out." James pointed to Logan.

"Well. What do you want me to do? Go find her boyfriend." Remus said.

"Remus, I saw him leave with his brother." Peter said timidly.

"Yeah, and what's gotten in to you, mate? This is Logan we're talking about." James said.

Remus sighed.
