Logan looked up.

"No." She whispered.

It was Enna.

"You're dead... I killed you..."

"Look around, Lo." Enna said softly, "We aren't in the land of the living.

She did as her friend asked. They stood in a forest, lush and green. Butterflies floated peacefully around them.

"A-am I dead?" Logan asked.

"No." Enna denied, "Not dead."

"Enna?" Logan asked, standing up and moving forward.

She touched Enna's arm hesitantly. Solid.

"You're... real?"

"As real as I can be." She replied.

"I- I don't understand, Enna, you-... you died. To save me?"

"We don't have long." Enna said, "I'm not the only one who wants to see you."

"What? Enna, what's going on? Why am I here? Where is here? Is-"

"Logan." Enna laughed, "You're here because I need to tell you something. I need to tell you that it wasn't your fault that I died. Death happens. It's not your fault."

"Were you scared?"

"No." Enna said, shaking her head, "I knew what I had to do and I did it... for once, I wasn't scared."

"I'm sorry, I'm so, so sorry Enna." Logan cried.

"Don't be."

"But-"

"I'm happy." Enna smiled, "And I want you to be happy too."

"But... how can I live without you?" Logan asked.

"I'll always be with you, in your heart."

Logan hugged her tightly.

"How am I here?" She asked.

"I don't know." Enna shrugged, "But you're here to say goodbye."

"I don't want you to go."

"I know."

Logan looked back at her friend for the last time.

"Enna?"

"Yes?"

"I love you."

"Love you too, Lo."

And then a swarm of butterflies came flying over and flooded Logan's vision. When they disappeared, Enna was gone.

"Hey." Two voices said from behind Logan.

She spun around.

"Fabian! Gideon!"
