"A date?" Logan asked, unsurely.
"Yes!" Remus exclaimed, "It will be fun!"
James and Lily has gotten back from their honeymoon and Sirius has been out of the hospital for a while, so Remus had been planning to do something special with Logan.
"Well, I suppose it depends on where we're going-" She began.
"A carnival." He interrupted excitedly, "Frank and Alice told me about it, they're going to be going as well, so it's not like we're going out there on our own."
"Hmm... okay."
"And- wait, okay?! We can go?!" Remus bounced up.
"Yes." Logan giggled at his childlike behavior.
"Great, let's get ready!" He beamed.
The couple prepared for their date at the muggle carnival. Remus was attempting to tie his shoes, but kept messing it up due to his rush.
"I'm so excited!" He exclaimed.
"Honestly, you'd think this is our first date." Logan teased.
"Sorry, love, I just haven't been to a carnival in ages!"
"It's alright." She replied, helping him finish tying his shoelaces.
They stood back up and Remus gave her a quick kiss on the lips before they held hands and apperated away. The carnival was lit up with thousands of little lights and Logan's eyes grew at the sight of it.
"Is that a Ferris wheel?!" She gasped, pointing to the amusement ride.
"Yep!" Remus chuckled.
"I've never gone on one before." Logan admitted.
"Never?" He asked, surprised, "...have you been to a carnival before?"
"...no..." She said quietly, "There was never enough money to take all the kids in the orphanage."
"I'm sorry, Lo." He said, taking her hand.
Logan's face lit up.
"Let's not dwell on that, I'm just happy to spend this wonderful night with you!" She smiled.
He kissed the top of her head.
"Hey!" A female voice called.
Logan and Remus spun around to see Alice and Frank walking up to them. They had kept in touch with the two after graduating and even gotten together a few times, becoming closer overtime.
Alice moves to hug Logan and Logan noticed the ring on her finger. She gasped and Alice grinned.
"We got married!" Alice said, "It was a small ceremony, but lovely nonetheless."
"That's fantastic!" Logan gushed.
"I heard you two have a wedding on the way as well." Frank said.
