"Hey Petunia!" Logan said, awfully cheery.

"Um, who's this?"

"Oh, it's Logan Moore, Lily's friend!"

There was a sigh from the other end of the phone.

"What do you want?"

"Well, now that you asked, I'd quite like for you to stop being so childish and treating your sister like garbage when she obviously loves you! And I know that you deep down love her too, so can we skip the "I'm indifferent" nonsense?! Lily wants you to be in her wedding, how could you possibly say no to your sister?"

There was silence from the other end of the phone.

"Um, I... I don't know who you think you are, talking to me about private family matters. Did Lily put you up to this?" Petunia asked.

"Lily would never ask me to do this and risk your already falling apart relationship."

"Our relationship is fine, thank you very much!"

"Come on, Petunia, Lily even agreed that your boyfriend could come."

"Vernon is my husband now."

"Oh... congratulations."

"Tha- no, I can't be apart of that nonsense."

"But Lily loves you."

"If she really loved me she wouldn't have left me!" Petunia yelled, "She wouldn't have left her sister to go off and join some magic school for freaks and get married to- to someone like him!"

"What do you have against James?"

"He took her from me! First that Snape boy and now him! I can't- I don't- this isn't negotiable!"

"...I'm not asking you to do it for him. I'm not asking you to love and accept James, I'm not even asking for you to forgive Lily. All I'm asking is for you to suck it up for one day and be one of Lily's bridesmaids."

"...no."

"Okay." Logan sighed, "Have a nice life, Petunia."

She went to hang up the phone.

"...wait."

Logan froze, her finger hovering over the end call button.

"Yes?" She asked.

"I- I'll do it." Petunia agreed.

"You will?"

"...yes... I will."

"Okay... okay, that's great, when are you available for dress shopping, Lily just picked out her wedding gown and-"

"She already picked it out?" Petunia asked, sounding hurt.

"You did say you were only going to show up to the wedding and not associate with us." Logan reminded her.

"Well, fine. I'm available now."
