-Laynie gets Camille and Ella into bed and then goes down to the living room where Sean is flipping through channels on the TV
-He turns the TV off and then Laynie asks him what his thoughts are on the office job
-Sean groans and says he won't accept the offer because it's a desk job and that's never been what he wanted
-Laynie reminds him that his shoulder has made it that now the only job he can have is a desk job
-They continue to argue back and forth on the matter for a bit until Laynie says that if he doesn't take this job he can't just keep moping around because they won't be able to live on only her paycheck
-Sean comes to his senses when she says this and realizes that a desk job in the CPD will be better than a desk job somewhere else
-He agrees to go down to the Ivory Tower the next morning and accept the job offer
