I knock on the door and not even 5 seconds later Justin is enveloping me in a huge hug. I smile and say, "I missed you J-Dog."

"I missed you too Laynie Bear."

I walk into his house and say, "When I leave you're still living with Dad and getting into a ton of trouble. I come back and you're part of the military, you have a wife, and a 2 year old son."

"I know, I know. It's amazing what a difference 3 years and some jail time can make."

We both have a good chuckle at that one and then Justin's son comes running up to him and grabs his legs. He then says, "Daddy, who this?"

 "This is your Auntie Laynie."

Justin then turns to me and says, "This is Zachary."

 "No Daddy! I Zach!"

I chuckle and then Zach comes and hugs my legs. I scoop him up and he smiles. Just then Olive, Justin's wife, walks in. He introduces us and we then go to the living room. Zach grabs some of his favourite toy trucks to show me while Olive and Justin finish making dinner.Zach is very cute, He's like a puppy that you want to snuggle and never let go.A few minutes later Olive calls us for supper. I get him seated in his little booster seat and then I dish up some food for him. After I cut up his food and get my own Olive says, "Thanks for doing that. It's nice to have a little break."

"Oh, no problem.I understand how hectic life can get with a little one."

She nods and we begin eating. After we finish we sit and chat in the living room for an hour and then I say, "As much as I'd love to stay longer I promised Erin that I'd help her and Jay do final prep for the wedding tomorrow."

Justin nods and just as I'm about to walk out of the door Zach says, "I don't want you to go! Can I have sleepover?"

"Sorry bud but I'm busy. Next time, okay?"

He nods and then I leave.
