"Hey." I said sitting down beside her small body on the wooden bench.
"hey." She said smiling a toothless smile as he sat down beside me.
"here is some candy and," i reached into my pocket and pulled out a small ziplock baggy.
"Shawn you can't give me drugs in a children's park." She said making me throw my head back as I laughed.
She smiled and let out a small laugh at her own joke.
"I'm not your drug dealer y/n," I shook my head and handed her the baggy, "i knew you said you wanted this and this is what they gave me it in."
"Shawn," she said as she admired the necklace he got me. She had been wanting it for awhile now, but she just couldn't afford it. "Thank you so much." she wrapped her arms around my neck.
I wrapped my arms around her and said, "you're welcome."
"Here," I took the bag from her hands and opened it, "let me put it on you." She smiled and turned her back towards me. She pulled my hair to the side. As I clipped the necklace she looked down at the small silver dove charm hanging from the chain.
She turned back around to face me. I smiled as I leaned in to kiss her. Her warm lips against mine always managed to make me feel something indescribable.
"I love you so much." I said resting my forehead against hers.
"I love you too." She said smiling.

The necklace I gave her 2 years ago hung from my hand as I traced my index finger over the small sliver bird that she loved. She always loved doves."They are just so beautiful and," she looked down from the sky and met my eyes, "elegant."
The way she talked about it made me smile. I loved when she would go on and on about something she adored.
A feeling of anger suddenly washed over me. I held the necklace tightly in my hand. The pain of the charm digging into my palm didn't faze me as tears fell down my rosy cheeks.
"I didn't even get to say goodbye." I whispered to myself as i clenched my jaw.
The familiar chirping noise made me look up quickly. My eyes landed on a milky white bird. It landed right beside me on the wooden bench. I pushed my brows together in confusion as it just stayed in the same spot.
I admired the bird and tried to see what y/n saw in it. I slowly started to understand why she loved them so much. The dove lifted its wings and jumped off the table. He flapped his wings as he flew off.
"Goodbye." I said softly as I watched it fly off.
This took a turn. The original idea for this was Completely different and this ended up being way more sad than expected but I kind of like it, hope you guys do too :)
